Hey I’m in the off season and i don’t have a strength and conditioning program can i use this as one of my lower body workouts or do i need more?

How many sets and reps for eacg exercises?
You can do anywhere from 3-5 sets x 5-10 reps depending on load
How many reps do you think is appropriate for each exercise?
3-5sets x 4-10 reps

Should I do calf raises ? Shaq claims it increased his jump by 12 inches
Calf raises alone doesn’t improve your Vert. That’s just a tiny portion of what’s involved with the process. You need to do a proper vertical jump program.

try 2 minutes
Between 30 to 1 min but if the exercise was just too hard you can rest as much as you want
Can i use barbell i dont have trapbar
Yes you can
Studies have shown that the trapbar deadlift trains more the quadriceps meanwhile the normal one trains more the back

I would recommend an age where they have some training background. It could really be any age as long as they do it with good form
