As a someone who loves steak, it is absolutely not good for you. Red meat is a carcinogen, and a good steak requires lots of butter, which is absolutely not good for you. Not to mention all the fat in more desirable cuts. Steak is less unhealthy cooked well done, but no one should eat it that way. Steak does have lots of vital amino acids, but also has lots of unnecessary ones and some good ones in excessive amounts, both of which can cause illness. McDonalds is certainly not healthy at all, but that doesn’t mean you can lump steak in with “not bad for you.”
Tim Glover prescribed Jordan and Kobe to eat steak before games to slow down carb intake during the game amd even went as fair as approving players to drink if it improved their performance and didn’t effect the team… so I’m sure if he trained Dennis Rodman it would tell him to give up partying and drinking because it had adverse effects 🤷🏽♂️

This is why I don’t give a shit about longevity stats. They favor newer players too much. Accumulating stats because you were able,to,play longer thinks to better science and awareness, just doesn’t belong in the goat debate. As pointed out in this video, if Jordan did what LeBron and other athletes do now, and he surely would have, he would certainly have been in better condition for longer.
