I am also Autistic and a woman to boot, with a medical Diagnosis at the age of 6-7. I am MUCH older now [this was literally in the 1970's, making me the Grandmother in Omegon's Circle.]
I resent when people whine about being Autistic as an excuse for whatever they have been called out about. Unless you actually explain how Autism comes into your behavior, do not call on it. Period.
Oversharing is an Autistic Trait, yes, but it is a trait any Autistic can learn to control. I learned to stop doing that a long time ago, for instance, and it sure helped me find and KEEP friends and allies.

as someone who medically can't work due to mental health boogie is the exact reason why many, many people do not see mental health as a valid reason to be off work for prolonged periods of time and it hurts; at this point I'm convinced boogie just doesn't *WANT* to be part of normal society, if he was at least honest about that we'd respect him even a tiny bit, instead he has to act like society rejected him when clearly it is him who rejected society.

17:55 He typo'd the medication Zepbound, it's a brand name for tirzepatide, a weight loss/T2DM medication. (Ozempic/Wegovy is from NovoNordisk, Mounjaro/Zepbound is from Eli Lilly.) It's strange he's on Zepbound and paying so much for it; I have to imagine he would be on Mounjaro (same med, but for T2DM, vs. Zepbound which is for weight loss without T2DM) and able to get insurance to cover it given his situation.
I'll be honest Boogie is like 4 chances past being allowed another chance at life, he's trying to eek out a few more years of existence for a life he's not even happy living and never was no matter how good he had it at points.

1:00 Has Boogie actually got diagnosed with Autism? The only time I heard him mentioned seeking a diagnosis was a year ago when his therapist said he might be autistic, but he never got tested. I'm just pointing this out because it seems like it's more common lately for people to just blame their "autism" for when they do bad things. It's just putting more negative light on autism. No Boogie, your "possible" autism is not the reason why you scammed your fans. You scammed your fans because you wanted MONEY.
Boogie is not Autistic. He thinks if he invokes the "Autism" card, then anyone who criticizes him is "Ableist." He is just using it as an excuse. If it were genuine he would have gotten a diagnostic.
For context, Polycythemia Vera is the type of blood cancer Boogie is suffering from. It causes the body to overproduce red blood cells, and generally isn't considered dangerous unless you have other conditions that can complicate it, like obesity or blood pressure issues... both of which Boogie has, and both of which he could have gotten rid of years ago if he put in the work. That's why Muta said he hopes the cancer wins - it's not a dangerous form of cancer, and people who have can live for 15+ years if they make lifestyle changes and get treatment. He is more likely to die from being morbidly obese before he dies of the cancer.
