To people with anxiety : close your eyes, listen deeply to the sound of rain, breath in count to 5 , breath out count to five, do this as many times until you are calm or a sleep. Don't forget your are not alone, you are loved and you are special. I love you 💕💋

This is exactly how I remember my childhood days (nights). I used to sleep with this beautiful and comforting sound. It gave me a safety feeling of being inside my family’s home, with my parents and siblings, while I fell asleep with the sound of a torrential rain falling on the zinc roof. I love rain and thunder.

Funny... As I was starting to listen to these comforting sounds a few minutes ago, I was also remembering my mom with nostalgia... I miss her so very much since she left us in 2021. She was almost 101 years old! Still, we are never ready to lose a parent. I know that I will always miss my mom and my dad.

I like so much to go around the forest in rain and try to capture different sounds, I've spent last few days in forest with rain and wind and from many clips that I recorded there are maybe 2 or 3 useful.

We lived in the country & when it rained liked this I’d go out on the old screened in porch, set in the rocking chair, wrapped in a blanket & watch the tree limbs bounce from the breeze & raindrops. Today I experienced something that does not feel real. It's been years since I felt that good, and I have hope again. I love you all. I am so blessed to be on this earth.
The rain sounds so unique as you can hear how it falls on different plants, almost a crackling noise. Has such a depth to it, and I can hear so well when the rain increases and subsides. I can just picture myself lying under a tarpaulin and letting the beautiful setting envelope me with sight, sound and texture. Outstanding video to cleanse the mind and inspire the soul.
