So, I am inches away from purchasing my dream bag (stay tuned!) And here are my best and most favorite tips on how I'm saving up for, and saving money on my luxury goods!
I am not rich and I pay for all of my bags myself (obviously excluding any that I've received as gifts...which is only 2!) I do work for a luxury consignment boutique and I sell pre-owned designer bag as well as research pricing, so when I see a great deal, I know it's a great deal!
If i sold cars, I'd probably have a nice car. If I were a tattoo artist, I'd probably have a sleeve full of incredible tattoos! If I were a chef, I'd probably cook & eat the best meals ever!

No I haven't! I always worried that those ebates things were a scam, etc. I worry they will access without permission or something. But I will try the separate account thing. That's something I think will help me!!
Great tips. I will certainly be checking eBates out. With such good tips you will be crossing everything off of your 2017 wish list with enough time to get a jump on 2018.

Excellent list! I would also add honey-it seems very similar to shoptagr and will give you the price history as well as search for any and all coupon codes and try those for you, and shopbop and google shopping- they will often find deals on sites I would not normally think to check.

Do you also use mr. rebates? It's just like ebates but sometimes has better deals! That extra 1-2% cash back can make a difference on the big purchases. www.mrrebates.com?refid=1180512 and I assume you use ebay bucks whenever you buy anything on ebay? You can use it with ebates or mr.rebates for extra cash back.

When you put a bag on layaway how long after does it take for you to receive your handbag? Do they ship it out right after ur first down payment? Or till you complete the entire payment??
With layaway, the item is held for you until you pay it off. That’s why it’s my favorite method of payment for big purchases! You can do a little bit over time.
