Many people said they thought the Starfield 2 was a downgrade from the original for some reason, and I couldn't really understand why after trying them out. They are kinda different, but this is a fine set too!
Interesting review. There is a narrative that "IEM technology" is leapfrogging previous generations of IEMs on a yearly basis. Clearly it isn't true all the time, or at all.
The IEM market is a joke. The moment the market crashes the lame ass channels (which are too many to mention) who push these products are dead. I can't be bothered to tried anything from moondrop anymore. Their QC is trash.
I’m taking a pass on this one. I have the EA500LM. For neutral I have a wonderful set that was recently introduced to market the Ziigaat Cinno. Great monitor style organic tuning.

Knowing Moondrop and their cheap ways by now like I do, I think I will hold out for the Starfield 2, Director's Cut.
