- This is an unboxing and review of the Akaso Brave LE. I shot comparison videos at 1080p/30fps and 4K/30fps with video stabilization turned off and on. I also compare video with my much more expensive GoPro 7 Silver. I am thoroughly impressed with the Akaso Brave 7LE and I highly recommend it and may buy another one. The video is comparable to the GoPro Hero however the audio of the GoPro is much better than the Akaso Brave 7E but I still love it and will likely buy another.

I just bought one of these cameras. It’s actually my first action camera. Thank you for posting this video. I was surprised at all the accessories that came just with the camera. I’m actually a little overwhelmed and kind of confused by all these little parts and pieces.

I like the most recent versions of this camera better --- *no badging under the front screen.* This is nice to me. Hopefully, the audio has also been improved with a later firmware update. ? Who knows. But it does take pretty good video. I'm using a *256GB Samsung Pro SD* card --- works fine. I do recommending you buy this "on sale" --- I got mine for *US$112 + tax* [Amazon] in a 'newish' box grey colored --- not blue.

Thanks for the unboxing and comments. I just received my Brave 7 LE, and am not sure how to insert the SD card. (new at this) Which way does the memory card need to face in order to insert it correctly?
I can't remember and don't have the camera handy at the moment. It will only fit one way.

Mine didn’t come with that watch mine was Velcro and just the gray and red buttons 😩 what size memory card would be highest compatible
I’m not really sure. I use 128gb cards. That a tone of videos.
nice review ....I am looking for an inexpensive action camera to shoot video of RC airplanes at the local flying field... ...priorities are an easy zoom feature and something that captures the sky nicely.....this may be the camera for me...thanks much........

Just bought same, at 149.00 and can't open the battery door
I think I had to push really hard and pry it open the first time I got mine. Maybe put a few a very thin bead of oil on the door.
I'm still unboxing mine and wrestling with removing case from packaging...guess I need a vice grips...😉

Camera is junk. Won't link to phone WiFi but for once in a blue moon. WiFi defaults to off constantly. Junk camera.
Mine ended up breaking in several places. Despite not being dropped. I was disappointed.
