I honestly believe that even if you take these people to jail, you are condemning them to a life of crime, the Kenyan prison system will give them no choice. The police need to be sufficiently funded in order to combat crime, people need job opportunities, affordable healthcare and good education in order to truly put an end to crime in Kenya. Also, if you have a fancy phone, don’t flash it out of your window in a hood where people hustle to eat everyday, just keep it in your pocket . Have some perspective.
