She was talking nonsense about something, so I gave her a fake name/address and she eventually got mad at me. A few years later I found a youtube video exposing that scam. My dismissive behavior didn't allow it to get to the point where she would asked for a donation and her anger towards me makes more sense. I ignored her before she could talk about the donation part lol.

This video is 30 FPS so 20 frames out of 30 in one second = 2/3 of a second which is 0.66 seconds. Secondly what exactly are you measuring? Is it the speed of the hand from when they start to move it towards the phone?
