ORANGE OLIVE OIL CAKE
INGREDIENTS
1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 cup sugar + 2 tbsp for toppings
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
3/4 cup milk
Zest from 1 whole orange
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
Bake at preheated 350F for 25-30 mins or until golden brown.
Pan size 8x8
