Introversion doesn’t mean not socializing at all or just always to confine one’s self from people. They do actually socialize yet somehow at the end of the day they just prefer solitude. There are a lot of introverts that are also public speakers actually. Barack Obama for example.

It's a BIG challenge, but anyone can learn the skill to overcome this challenge. Everything is hard until you get better.
