@@J8den Why would they be dead? Assuming they do not live anywhere near a coast, all they would have to do is research flood area predictions and move somewhere else. After civilization regresses slightly (because it most likely won't effect first world countries heavily) they can get back to whatever they did before.

It's sad seeing all the impressionable kids unintentionally protesting coppa when it's YT holding creators liable for YTs own infractions and not a issue with COPPA fundamentally..
@@atespeach5672 The principle is alright, but COPPA itself is extremely out of date, and don't you have to be 13 to have an account on CZcams anyway? Why are channels being punished because kids might also enjoy watching the videos?
@@LimeGreenTeknii You can be under 13 if you have a children's account under a parent or are on YT for kids, which doesn't even address the offsite tracking they do and other methods they have of inferring a user's age from a large dataset that is mostly invisible, sold, and sold to them.
That's YT, YT decided to punish creators. Creators will actually see a net gain though because channels will be doing YTs work for it, YT can still track kids offsite to target onsite, nevermind the fact that having designated kid-content friendly channels will allow YT to funnel children, even if not having their data tracked and collected to certain channels, all of which both increases large corporate advertiser faith in the content being advertised towards and associated with their brands but also allows higher profit from ads (in which YT gains payout from ad interaction).
Simply put kids are too large of a market for YT to let go of and COPPA is actually being used as a convenient excuse to shield YT from criticism while it executes changes its wanted to makefor awhile now.
What do you think is better? Have channel's self-designate for you and delete channels you don't consider viable to considerate backlash? Or do those same things but blame or conflate something that is, quite frankly, completely unrelated.

The FTC is going after Creators, they said it themselves. CZcams has done bad things but they shouldn't be scapegoated for things they can't control.
Also the FTC revised COPPA and made it much worse than it originally was. Why should a CZcamsr who does nothing wrong except post a family friendly video be punished, that’s absurd and a corrupt thing the FTC is doing. They don’t care about the kids or the law, they only care about money and power. That’s why they revised the law, they want to get more money and control the internet.
I just had a good laugh thinking about the typical "suave businessman" character swirling around a glass of scotch, except it's the sparkly heart cup. Love that!

The mom mug is the mug you get when you hate her, because not only is it a lot less space for whatever liquid she puts in there, it's also really difficult to fully scrub out.
I have a similar mug, you just have to be creative when cleaning! I place some soapy water inside, and a plastic lid on top then shake, shake shake! It doesn’t need thorough shaking for me since I only ever drink milk :)

@@mrpicklesful hes referencing to the amount of words Tim uses to make a simple statement to the point of redundancy. When you write a paper with a certain word count requirement, typically you will see people add fluff words to make it seem the paper is longer than it actually is. So in this example

I have one of those tilting tea mugs. I tend to use it with loose leaf tea, which works decently well but by design it's slightly unstable and I've spilled it more than once.
First one reminds me of a beer mug I used to have. Mug was glass with a pretty girl in a white bikini printed on the outside. When filled with cold beer, the condensation turned the bikini transparent.
One day. One day I will be able to listen to the last mug stir without laughing.

When i was a child, i owned it, and i really liked it. Then it broke. I was sad. My father miraculously found another one. And i broke it too because i was sleepy and put it in the microwave to make tea. The motor fused. I am still beating myself up for that.
That's stinks. I really want one know as well after seeing this.
My dad had one and he absolutely loved it. Damn thing broke on him one day and I've never come across another when I'm out shopping. I think I'll Google now to see if I can find one.

That mug that stirs from the bottom is a really cool idea, I don’t have tea but I have pink milk (strawberry hot milk) and it’s always waaay too sugary at the end even when I try to stir it. That’d be cool.

I used to have what was sod as "an idiot's coffee mug". The handle was on the inside. Ironically, the design was quite brilliant. The connection between the handle and mug was seamless. I really admired the craftsmanship.

Concerning the shade of tea mug, I'd be on or near about the stewed side of brown. At about a litre on any average day in and out of work, I'm hopelessly addicted to tea.
