Hi Debbie, thanks for your comment. Yes I’m aware it’s not fully ranch. Hence the video title “with a twist”. The community as I explained at the beginning of the video is mostly ranch style homes, but they include The Cambridge option for individuals that desire a bit more space. There are strictly Ranch style models minus upstairs, if an individual desires. This particular style was created for more space. Hope this clarifies your concerns.

That water closet with a window is a rarity. This video is a year old, so even this model home is probably sold. So what happened to the parking lot adjacent to this home? That was a deterrent in buying this home, I’m sure.
