Saw this in person recently. It's a great build but unfortunately, a garage, yes a garage, is a must.
Saw this one in person, without me? Just kidding. Yes, from previous comments, it looks like an added garage could make the difference here. There does appear to be plenty of room to build something out on the side yard. So, it's always an option.

In RealEstate it’s all about Location Location Location… folks downtown don’t move downtown for garages.. they are there to be near workplaces stadiums, professional teams, nightlife entertainment. 😂
