Yeah, its really not something she would do by herself. Delta resents her tribe abandoning her and she loves her family in Shadow Garden. Until now her berserk mode never made her attack the other members (except when Zeta teases her), its like the posessing force is suppressing parts of her personality and empowering others.

So, if i have to make a hypothesis:
Apparently, the changes that were occurred to the girls were not specifically changing to different person, but just make them more honest about their weakness, resentment and insecurity.
They were more brutal to anyone indeed, but it is still them in a way.
My theory, this version of them can be tamed and controlled. you just need the right person.

I more confused on thr Backstory of the power up
I wish I can get her but my game is having issues trying to get in. Keeps saying it’s taking a long time and to check my network connection. But here’s the problem: my connection is fine and I never had this issue up until now. So I don’t know how to fix it edit: I fixed it! It just ended up working fine now and I pulled for her event for the first time and I finally got her after my first 10 times pull.

So we were all discussing whether Olivier's team was actually strong enough to finish off Diablo, right? I've got one theory here.
What if Cid and Claire also had a direct ancestor in that time period, completely different from Alexia's counterpart? Maybe in the same power level as Cid. And this ancestor preferred operating in the shadows to support Olivier's team, so when history was written, he was not written in it. Think of him as Shadow, but completely aware of the actual situation he's in.
It would also support why Cid has so much potential in him. I mean, two lifetimes as a teen practicing combat and one lifetime as a teen using slime and magic isn't enough to explain how he's capable of being so strong, to the point that he's on par with the top demon of their universe. Not when other people around him have spent their entire lives becoming strong as well.
But most importantly, I prefer my dog just dumb over dumb and friend-killer.
Claire's ancestor appears in the image of the event that reveals all the ancestors accompanying Olivier, Freya and Lili. Cid's strength is due in part to the fact that he was reincarnated and made use of his knowledge to train and overcome his limits trying to achieve his dream. Otherwise he would have been an average magic swordsman wanting to become stronger to protect his loved ones or accomplish some goal like many other anime protagonists.
If there had really been an existence close to being called Eminence in the Shadow in the past supporting Olivier and the others in their fight against Diabolos, they would not have been deceived and manipulated by the cult in the first place. Also the situation with the possessed women would not have happened.
@Reverseclock-wo4tn Putting the inconsistencies and theories about the battle w/ Diablos aside, that girl might have a brother that looks like Cid. Maybe they also interact differently, just like with Beta and Epsilon's ancestors.

@Reverseclock-wo4tn They're probably the founders of what would become the modern-day cult. The so-called Rounds. Some of them might still be around in present day. They're probably supporting the heroes as the Church, but they're just using the situation to build up their own strength.
That, or some other group of rich nobodies trying to gain power, that Shadow Garden will wipe out before they go home.
Magic compressed ten fold, no- multi fold, and you get a significant increase in magic capacity, potency, and increase in lifespan. Potential is due in combination of his magic application and martial prowess such as identifying the enemy's range of attack and removing wastes in movement.
Love the change of background scenery since they are in the past.
Demonization Delta retains her sense of self alone with Cid.
