Honestly, if not for how blind Cid is to their feelings and his obsession with "role playing" being the Eminence in Shadow....which he already fucking is and doesn't realize it's all fucking real!- then I'd think he has a fair shot at making that harem plan work.
Honestly, I'd just go with the Shades, especially Alpha, Eta, Delta, and Zeta as my favorites out of the group. Though would still gives Epsilon, Gamma, and Beta a shot. Nu would be another I'd be interested trying as well.
