Can confirm about Josh being hot all the time. Born and raised in Buffalo and being too hot makes me want to jump out of my skin. Even in the winter time I keep a fan blowing on me at night to keep it cold.

@j m I'm not talking about cannabis, I'm talking about tobacco. Joe Rogan will smoke a blunt, which is cannabis wrapped in a TOBACCO leaf. So you're still smoking tobacco. He gets pissy when people smoke cigarettes but he smokes tobacco, too. He even took a chew of snuff on one episode.

I do the shower thing. If I'm taking a hot shower it raises my body temp so when I get out and dressed I'm sweating but if I finish off with 4 or 5 mins of cold water it keeps me cooler and less sweaty.
Hot showers make you tired. Something about the body shooting steam out of your pores so your core temperature gets colder. When your temperature is cold you get tired. Shocking your body with cold water will only close the pores and your body will keep its temperature stable as a result.
That cold water shower trick is more common than Christina thinks !!
I also do the rush of cold water after my hot showers. I read somewhere it's good for your skin and hair, plus it feels nice after being in a steamy shower for 15minutes.
All of these questions can be answered with, Josh is from Buffalo, we're a different breed.

I can’t remember who said it, but there was a comedian who said he would turn on the cold water at the end of the shower and shadow box. He did this because his father told him your body reacts similarly to the shock of a cold shower as when you are stabbed.

It could be that your hooking up with girls that you have no emotional connection with. Like one night stands. If I am with a girl that I don’t really know or like then I can never finish.
