I have the most wonderful memories of childhood finding a safe place and bliss laying next to the bathtub. In the evening I would eagerly make my way to the bathroom, close and lock the door. Just imagining what I was about to do in and of itself gave me such joy. I would turn the water on to set the mood and then get my bath towels out and start preparing my nest. It was a ritual for me. I didn’t imagine anything other than creating a soft place to land. Once I had everything ready, I turned the water down low so I could savor the sound as long as possible. As the trickling, splashing sounds began, I crawled on to my safe place and covered myself as my head fell on the towel pillow. I was as close to the tub as I could get. Immediately I felt the tingles as I focused in on the sound of the water. I had the biggest smile on my face. My place. All mine. Safe. No worries or cares. Then, after a while as the water rose, I’d start feeling the occasional little splashes or drops come over the tub and hit my face. More tingles. I’d think how lucky am I that I get to experience this. No one can take this from me. Sometimes I would drift off for a bit. If not, I was at least in a good meditative state. After the tub was getting full, sometimes I would then slowly slide into the water feeling the luxurious warmth surround my body. Tingles. I would then scoot up close to the faucet and put my hands under the running water. Watch and feel it run over my hands thinking there is no better feeling in the world. More tingles. I never wanted to leave. I didn’t want to give up this sacred space. But, I always knew it would be waiting for me when I needed it and that gave me great satisfaction. I would eventually climb out, dry myself off with the soft towels and go climb into bed immediately luxuriating in the warmth and softness of the sheets and blanket. My fears and worries were set aside for a little while so I could sleep. Closing my eyes, I had wonderful thoughts of my next visit to the bathtub.
This sound brings me back to my childhood. My mum opens the faucet and goes out while bath is filling. Then, I pick my favourite blanket and go to the bathroom, put a candle and switch off the light. I put my blanket over my shoulders and sit near by the tube feeling the cold tiles in my back. Put my arm hanging over the tube and the water splashes on my arm and I focus my sight on the waterdrops… Then, I can feel how the chills goes from my spine to my neck and my scalp… A thousand of sheavers over all my body and I have to wrap in my blanket!!! Ohhh!!! What wonderful memories…💧💦🥶🤤😴❤️🙌🏻♾️
This is still the very best ASMR bath filling video I have ever experienced. I keep looking for new ones but none actually come close. It is so much more than it just being a beautiful bathroom - it is the pitch of the sound of the water and the fact that you can see water droplets splashing onto the sides of the bath... goosebump inducing. It really is good for the reasons you stated. The sound of the water is hard to capture in a recording. It rings so nice and a good echo. And the splashes of water are a nice extra. Reminds me of feeling the drops hit my skin as I lay by the tub. Would give me extra goosebumps.

I would love to be sitting on the floor of the bathroom with some bathsheets under me in a warm cozy terry cloth bath robe with another bath sheet wrapped around me leaning back and just enjoying the sound of the water filling up the tub and eventually going in for a nice long soak
I also like to run the water and look out of the bathroom window at night, with the inside lights off. Looking into the darkness and hearing the water makes me feel secure and increases the shivers.
Always tell when it's a quality sound when you get goosebumps. I'm amazed how many people find this relaxing. I found out when I was a kid and had to run the bath for mum which took ages to run , that I found it calming

I would do what I must to make it an unforgettable experience. And, it was so effortless. All that was important was to be comfortable in my little sanctuary; my respite from the world and its realities. Knowing what I know now, I am filled with such gratitude that many of you around the world experienced something similar. We have these amazing memories to reflect upon that so many will never understand.
When I was a kid my dad would wake up before dawn to get ready for work. When he took his morning shower I’d grab my blanket and lay on the carpet in the hallway and put ear up to the bottom of the door and fall asleep to the soothing sound of the shower water running.
I’m thinking about those few stolen minutes when I was younger when i would get up to shower before school. I’d lay down beside the tub and listen to it all curled up in towels and a blanket if I was able to sneak it in there. I’d lay for about five ten minutes until my mom would start asking “are you even in the shower yet?” Secretly I think she always knew what I was really doing. Being lazy haha
on the rare occaision I take baths instead of showers, i like to lay down beside the tub on my back. I don't know why but in person it gives so many more tingles than any asmr on youtube. i rate this 8 tingles out of 10.
Personally I think you have the best bathtub filling videos. The tempo is perfect and not to fast. Also love the visuals. Is there a possibility for longer video's? Like 2 hours +
Great sounds. I love the detail of the tv as well, kinda cool to have while listening to the flow of the water. Add a nice comfy towel robe and a glass of vino and it makes for a cosy night in
It would be so great if you could get him to understand how much he means to you for doing that. When I had a bad day my late husband would not only run the bath (just the way I liked it) but he would get camping pad, put it on the bathroom floor, and get down on it with me and hug me while the water was running. It sounds kind of silly but it was simply the best thing he could do for me. Maybe if you show your husband these comments it would help him to understand what the asmr water sounds do for you and how many of us are out here.

Whenever a bath was run I'd lay down a towel next to the tub, fold another towel as a pillow, then lay down and cover myself with a third towel, pretend I was in a cave, all safe and sound, press my ear up against the bath, while blocking my other ear off, and feel the sound of the running water reverberate through my body, sometimes peak through the small patch of light near my feet, like the entrance to a cave far away, sometimes rest my arm out on the cold tiles on the floor or the side of the bath, I await the one who has done the same...
@@lextaylor5661 sometimes i'd lie down without a towel below me...on the freezing cold tiles, but have a towel draped over my whole body, right next to the tub, while the hot water filled up, and splashed its tiny droplets over ...the amazing asmr/frission/chill up my spine was amazing. its 10pm in Melbourne Australia, im just about to go into my en suite and have a hot shower in the dark, with a faint light from my bed side lamp minutely shining in.
