I made this quick tutorial to share with you guys three tricks that I find super easy, and super fun! These are some of the tricks I use the most often in my flow; they are all great for transitions and many different variations.

Great video, I love your flow girl😄😄 I’m having trouble with what size hoop I should get, I’m going to get a 26inch like yours but I’m confused about how some are 5/8, or 3/4 or even 11/16, which one do you use and recommend?! Thank you ❣️
Those numbers are the thickness of the hoop! 5/8 is my favorite it’s more thin. A 3/4 has thicker tubing

Heyy I am not able to do isolation .. I think my hula loop is wavy from inside so I am not able to slide my hand up .. its liking doing anything against gravity .. pls help

I cannot figure out how you did the second move at all!!! Your second hand seems to move in a way that I just.. can't figure out? Can you make another tutorial for it? Loved this video btw :)

First trick: I literally don't understand how to move my hand without also making the hoop move? Does the hoop need to be heavy or something? Mine is very light.

Yes these are Definitely tricks that are easier with smaller hoops! I have another tutorial as well:)

What size is your hoop! I started with a 35 inch and couldn’t ever learn them either!
Me too. My hoop is 28” and I still can’t do the third trick. The hoop bends into an egg in order for me to do the trick
Why is this hard for me seriously.
You could be using a bigger hoop which can be harder doing these tricks!
