I miss all of it, but I'm so glad I did it and that it gives me an appreciation for something as spectacular as this!

for the one doing it dedication hardwork consistency and some much more including learning music and be part of a team the list can go on for ever to end up to one simple thing...be happy and proud of what you love doing.

The compassion of hard working individual, some kid might even be influenced and by doing so he build his own character . For some they love the music and other the view it gives to see synchronized move.

I was lucky enough to be in a special HS band. Performed in Cotton Bowl parade and halftime show in 1973. We had a national record of 19 straight years of Sweepstakes awards, it grew to 34 years before a group messed up and earned only a second division rating in sight reading. For a band to earn a Sweepstakes, they must earn a first division rating in Marching. A first division rating in sight reading and a first division rating in Concert performance. My band did this for 34 years!! We've been invited to perform in every national parade and professional sports venue. Our choir had a command performance before Queen Elizabeth II, the year after our Rose Bowl invitation and Cotton Bowl performance. We were only a 3A size school small, but mighty. We practiced 10 to 15 hours a week, we performed new halftime shows each week. We had only 3 months to perfect our Concert performance. We won every type of competition we entered even against the 5A HS in Houston and Dallas. But it took dedication, practice and love of music and our band mates.❤❤❤

Do you believe there's an afterlife? What do you think what happens when you die?
Are you a good person? Let's put that to test through some of the 10 commandments: Have you ever lied? (Even a white lie) Have you stolen anything irrespective of it's value? (music downloaded illegally off the internet, a pencil, etc.) Have you taken God's name in vain? (Example, Om-g, Or saying the name Jesus when you hit your foot on accident, etc) Have you ever looked at someone with lust? (Jesus says if you even look at a women or man with lust, you've committed adultery with them in your heart)
If you've broken even one of the commandments, (And there's more than just 10 if you read the new testament) you're guilty of all.
      James 2:10
[10]For whoever shall keep the whole law, and yet stumble in one point, he is guilty of all.
So if you die today, God is rightly justified in sending you to hell. But God takes no delight in the death of the wicked, but rather that they turn and live.
Now what did God do for sinners that we wouldn't have to go to hell?
He sent His only begotten Son to die for our sins.
So Jesus (God manifested in the flesh) came down and dwelt among us to be a sinless sacrifice for our sins.
      Leviticus 17:11
[11]For the life of the flesh is in the blood, and I have given it to you upon the altar to make atonement for your souls; for it is the blood that makes atonement for the soul.’
So there's two things you must do to be saved. You must repent and put your faith in Jesus.
When you repent, you don't just simply confess (Especially to a priest... Catholics aren't Christian)
But when you repent, you must express sorrow and great remorse and regret over your sins because your sins have offended a holy God. And after you've don't that you must COMMIT to not sin ever again because it offends God and because God gives you the strength to overcome. So don't wallow in your sin.
And when you put your faith in Jesus, put your faith in Him as you would in a parachute.
And after you do this you will pass from death to life and you will be granted forgiveness and mercy from God and He will replace your heart of stone with a heart of flesh with new desires and you will then love to do that which is righteous rather than desire sin that is only pleasurable for a season.
Thanks and God bless you whoever sincerely reads this with a humble heart. If you need prayer, give me your name and let me know whatever you may be dealing with and I'll pray for you.

A&M has a spirit I’ve not seen on any other campus!! And the band is outstanding! The straightest lines, sharp turns and spot on with the music!! Miss not going to any. My husband was an Aggie and made me a Aggie want to be.

The Fightin' Texas Aggie Band can do this because each member is very dedicated. They are attending University, a US Armed Forces Reserve Officer Training Corps program, and periodic band practice (on field and in chambers) concurrently.
The Corps are all housed in several dormitories in a section of the main Texas A&M University campus known as "The Quad".
My understanding is that many of the A&M graduates from the Corps accept commissions from the US Armed Forces after graduation, usually qualifying to enter service as junior officers following basic training.
In the video shown, those band members marching in riding boots are seniors (4th+ year of University). You will note that these senior band members are placed at the outside edges to help guide the band with their experience and as visual cover for missteps that may occur with less experienced members inside the formations.
Make special note of how those members who march with bass drum or tuba do unusual turns by bending way over. Sometimes it seems weird, but it aides in avoiding collisions (or gives a visual flair ... tuba players are their own brand of cutups). Many of the musicians have to lower their instruments during tight maneuvers and rejoin the flow of music immediately after the turn. The band manages to do this without substantial loss of volume.
This video shows the band playing the Texas A&M fight song at the beginning and end of the exhibition. They are also famous for playing the march that we know colloquially as the theme to the movie "Patton".

The very first time I saw the Fightin' Texas Aggie Band was a few years ago when they came to Auburn University for the game. I have never in my life been impressed by a halftime band until then. I have bragged on them ever since then to all that will hear it. I now look forward to the game when TAMU comes to town. Keep up the good work, and continue to be proud of what you have. War Eagle and Gig 'em!

Jud Powell they had somebody write a computer program to help them create new ways to march because they thought marching like this was damn near impossible. So no not any high school band can do that.

I’m in the famous maroon band at Mississippi State, and I will never forget them bringing their full band here back in 2018. I noticed a saxophone player with a cool looking mouthpiece, and I went to ask them what brand it was. They replied “I’m not sure. Im just filling in for halftime and they made me hold this horn”. Mad lads.

I have no clue how many times I have watched, listened, been brought to tears from this half-time drill. Only shortcoming for me is 'Patton'. When the Fightin' Texas Aggie Band launches Patton, the Corp, the entire 12th man goes over the top, next level crazy every single time. My fish year, fall '70, the Corp rotated in to auditoriums for view of the movie release. My only real regret then was, it was not yet my privilege to Whoop. Today, that is my ultimate expression of appreciation and enthusiasm.

Amazing precision and timing on a grand scale - I loved every second of this fantastic display. Having said that I’ve only been seasick once in my life and one of their manoeuvres had my tummy feeling a bit queasy. I’m putting that down to the seamless and smooth flow from one formation to another. I think us folks watching this video had the experience due to us looking down on the action. I’m guessing there probably were giant screens around the stadium to give the spectators a better view of the amazing choreography taking place in front of them.
