It only said that the remedial action is binding UNLESS set aside by a court of law, so saying only an interdict or a judgment setting it aside are the only meanings of "binding unless set aside" is her interpretation. The ConCourt did not even say "an interdict" suspends it, so that is her interpretation. An application is not "mere", so it should have the judicial power to suspend the remedial action. Suspending the remedial action and setting it aside are totally two different things. She is confusing setting aside and suspending. The ConCourt talked about setting aside. She should understand that when there is an application her remedial action is suspended until the application fails, then its binding nature is reinforced. There is no need for her to panic and start making wild legal commentary of what the ConCourt's ruling meant. As I type this, she is getting a slap from the ConCourt in the SARB-ABSA matter.

I still don’t understand how sis’ Busi ends up investigating political party funding towards party internal campaigning, money laundering, etc, as it wasn’t done under state capacity. The initial request from Maimane was wrong and she should have not accepted it, because it’s a request which puts sis’ Busi in a corner to investigate all political leaders in all parties, if it is to be a correct and fair request
The issue was whether Cyril lied to parliament or not. To establish that it was important to find facts which is what she did, the facts ofcourse led to these personal dealings.

On the 15th Nov 2018, he then corrected his statement, and told the speaker that the R500k was a campaign donation into the CR17 trust. So what lie was the PP supposed to investigate? The PP should have not fallen for the DA’s political games.
