I'm usually not a fan of movies that involve switching bodies, but this one was executed quite well surprisingly, on the bright side, the both of them learned a valuable lesson in the end.

Agreed. I’m actually early to one of your many comments lol

I remember I saw this for the first time last year. I thought it was interested and pretty well done- not to mention a cute story. Really like how both sisters turned down the guys at the end; it shows how they really took something out of the lesson learned instead of saying they did then follow up with the predictable ending.
how do you find these korean movies? i'm in the US and don't even know where to start, also don't speak korean but i started learning and supposedly watching movies is a good way to learn

I really enjoyed this show and it's nice to see y'all doing a recap of it. Sumi's attitude at the end is great and I love how she didn't lose weight in order to love herself and just found her confidence
Edit: I'm saying that it's nice she was able to discover her own self love and self worth without changing her outside for others. I'm not saying that being fat is healthy. Thank you, have a good day.
every movie that involves fat people need to lose weight to be love
I mean she is morbidly obese so losing weight would have been good.
@@elisejackson2854 The movie was about a human having value at any weight, losing weight is obviously good for physical health, but people have worth regardless.

And the popular one is a bully
But they never reject them in the end.
I mean that's actually true
Well, they aint popular for no reason lmao

I'm glad that unlike many other movies, they didn't make the girl more "prettier“ by making her look like her twin sister. Instead, it shows that every person is beautiful on their own way
For sure it is true, I love your world

@@catherineokon9104 hey it's okay, I'm from India. Btw just curious what made you ask that :)
This movie shows a perfect example of how the prettiest member in a Kpop group is usually the most popular even if they aren't the most talented.
Yup like in Twice tzuyu is the most popular but not the most talented. She just the most beautiful.

I haven't watched the show yet but this recap has really touched my heart and I can relate a lot to Su-mi. Some say that the movie should've ended with Su-mi reducing her weight but I believe the main motive of the movie is to encourage and tell the others to be strong and happy in their own skin and should make an effort to be the best in themselves.
did you really like this recap that much?
@@movingpictures2029 I did actually.
Yeahh same. There are way too many movies about a fat girl losing weight, that it doesn't get into the heart of the issue
Don't read my name please..
What's the movie name
It doesnt matter how talented you are, or how nice or intelligent you are...
People will always judge you by your looks, and not your heart...
Thats sadly how our world works...
This is true. People always judge you by your looks before giving you a chance. I think that's the point of this series. Both girls go through different things because of their looks or lack of them. So don't judge unless you've walked in their shoes.
True. And your money. Like, even you are ugly. As long you are rich. You can either change your appearance and or people will go for your money.
It's almost like looks are a sub-concious indicator deeply imbeded in us to help us mate with the most suitable candidate to spread our genetics with.
Granted, it's an outdated concept with modern medicine, but you can't undo millions of years of primal instincts in a few hundred years.
@@g00bers24 I think because it's built into us, that will always be something humanity struggles with. And ot just with ugly people, beautiful or naturally well-endowed women often suffer different things because of how they look as well. So it can be a struggle for anyone.
@Chidinma Ezekwere At here. My country. Men will notice looks first. Even the women is poor. Long distance family. As long they pretty.
Women like men looks too. But when women older, women will go for the men that have money/job/income even the men not handsome be their husband.
I think for men. If they at least looks handsome but not rich and want money. They will go for rich women that not to ugly but don't mind they not pretty. Even go for divorced rich older women.
Based what I see at actor/artist live here.

Su mi would be very popular even after showing herself off considering how accepting the majority of internet users are
not in korea tho, k netizens care a lot abt a person’s beauty and would hate on her
if su mi would go for international, then yes but considering shes in korea, where not being skin and bones makes u a fatass, then uhh...

Unfortunately it's different in Korea then in America it's quite sad actually

There’s sisters like this where I live; the older sister is short, a bit overweight, and has darker skin, whereas the younger sister is taller, slim, and has more fair skin, basically prettier for the society’s standards. However it is said the older sister actually bring the good luck for the family.

By the time the twins were starting to like living each other's lives, i could see the plot twist coming from a mile away where the two sisters decide to stay the way they are and be themselves in the body of each other, i'm actually glad i was wrong, the ending where the sisters go back to their own bodies and do the things they always wanted to do in life was better than i thought it was gonna be, beautiful plot twist right there

Yeah. If I were her I would wish to be thin and never be able to gain weight anymore.

originally the channel (and others like this) used text to speech and got hit with lots of strikes cuz it wasnt "transformative content" covered by fair use. Thats why they hired narrators.
