- The cat is out of the bag. In this video we talk about the series Josiah will be competing in for 2024. Also, while he is in Ireland, he installs a custom FDF angle kit on Drift Games Lamborghini, squeezes into Josh's MX-5 and talks with Dave about the years plan!

DMEC just became soooo much more interesting this year, cant wait to see you compete this year. Professional drifting is going to be WILD this year, Adam and Josiah in DMEC, Conor and Minowa coming to FD. Awesome to see a fellow Canadian in DMEC.
I also found your brief discussion about left and right handed drivers interesting, Im right handed, but when I drive I find my left hand and foot to be dominant.
Can't wait for DMEC to start!
Not to mention Baggsy will enter FD as well. Honestly, much like Formula One, the Red Bull will dominate Formula Drift.

I'm not sure if it will help, but I koved from the Caribbean to Canada so rhd to lhd so it was backwards for me BUT what I found my situation was, right side of body is throttle and steering inputs so they work together and left side is shifting, so the left side moves together (have always had to use a clutch)

At this point Drift Masters has far surpassed anything to do with FD. I think their drivers are far more talented and their judges arent trash. Lets go i cant wait to see how everyone with Drift Games stacks up with all the other drivers this year. This is going to be one exciting year for Drift Masters
Most of these drivers have been drifting since they are kids. Conor Shanahan has been drifting since 7, most of these drivers in FD don’t stand a chance.
Ireland and Europe in general produce the most amazing and talented driver ive ever seen. Like you said since they learn to drive almost as soon as they can walk. Haha. Thats FD's problem and somewhat decline is cause there's no young drivers competing. Kids in America are more worried about their phones and feelings than learning how to drive or drift and having an amazing time.
I wonder how much of the suspension setup has been changed since collete drove the Miata.

Why is it always raining at mondello
Every time we have an international guest it rains...🙁. But at the same time I think its better to learn mondello in the rain first because wet mondello and dry modello are two COMPLETELY different tracks, The entry is an ice rink when its wet and a drag strip when its dry.

Adam LZ will be joining DMEC, being a former RTR driver, but the only driver that is currently RTR for the FD series is James Deane.
Sage pretty much confirmed on fd podcast this week that Vaughn and Adam are splitting the season again

No, since he's actually running an commentating Drift Masters he did not find the time to compete there, but he took that car to a national competition I think. Not sure if it was in Ireland or in England.
@@driftingmajix I know for a fact he competed with that car in several different events. Just didn’t know whether it was DM. I could’ve sworn he even drove it at Riga.
