@@glenda73 it really depends. Some days are harder the others. Specially if the restaurant is busy. It also depends on who you work with and if they are hard to work with or not

He keeps typing on his computer, he rarely even made eye contact with me, he did for like 3 seconds, then proceeds to type till the end of the interview, he only asked me 3 questions, the last question kinda didn’t make sense to me. 1. Introduce yourself 2. Your previous experience 3. How did I achieve in my previous experience. I did pretty well in my opinion, I answered clearly and confidently. But the HR said to the recruitment agency, “that I lack working experience” that doesn’t make sense, I believe I got 80% in that job qualification, how can I get a job without giving us fresh graduates a chance? I only have 2 training experience as “work experience” a total of 9 months.
I would definitely say that is a red flag if the person doesn't even seem interested and kind of standoffish what will it like be working with him especially under the intensity it won't be pleasant . apply to a few places if you are not happy with the way the interviewer conducted himself. Some people find a good spot on their first try others their second try and others get it on their 10th don't give up.
@@ElijahGaviola I understand had a similar experience 2 days ago everything was great until I looked in the kitchen then it was a total disaster grease walls pans on the floor dirty corners. Going to another place in 3 hours but I have heard mixed employee reviews so I'm going be interviewing them as much as they are interviewing me. Don't be impatient and settle just because you want a job in a kitchen even if it takes a month to find a good place. I turned down the offer the dirty kitchen sent me but I know it wouldn't have been a good place to work at.
