There are some balancing comments that are inaccurate. The supply pack is either A or S tier because of the amount of grenades and stims it can supply you. For example when combined with medic armor, you get 14 stims which equates to 84 seconds of near invulnerability, alongside the ability to spam grenades. In many situations, this will improve your survivability much more than a shield backpack can. Railgun is not really that good on bugs since it takes way too long to kill a charger, and nearly impossible to kill a Bile Titan. On bots, it can work but you're better served with an AMR, Autocannon, or Laser Cannon which have more ammo and don't require charging. Spear is a utility for taking out fabricators and cannons at range, so it can be nice for 1 team member to take it on bots (but usually a bad pick because of bugged targeting). Laser Cannon is an alternative to the AMR and Autocannon for bots that has unlimited ammo but kills a bit slower and without staggering devastators. Flamethrower is generally very strong on bugs and kills chargers pretty quickly. All machine gun support weapons feel weak to me, but it can be okay for 1 team member to take one to clear bugs faster (but usually better served with a grenade launcher or flamethrower).
For the railgun specifically, I made that comment in the video pre-nerf. I probably should've changed that, because pre-nerf everyone was using them in open queue and they would get mad if you weren't running it or the autocannon. As for supply pack, I never really considered that as an option so I appreciate the feedback
Dude. Flamethrower is broken right now.... it can kill a charger in 2 seconds if you shoot at its leg they just fixed the host DOT bug. Railgun got slightly buffed agaist bugs(cant really kill bile titans very well) ,but kind of sucks against bots because the AMR can do exactly what it does but better. Sorry man, but when you say shit like the lasser cannon, which can melt gunships and factory atriders and devestators from specefic vantages are bad. I dont beleive your balancing opinions are valid. Some weapons and stratgems are better against some factions rather than others (eagles are good for bugs orbitals for bots) and i think the illuminate will compund this.
I made the comments about the flamethrower, railgun, and laser cannon right on launch when the meta was the railgun and shield generator, and before the fixed bugs related to the flamethrower so they didn't age too well. But this video was constantly getting rewritten do to changes so i didn't really have time to go through and redo everything.
The ammo backpack being useless? Nah bro. My main stratagem loadout on helldive is supply pack, amr, eagle airstrike, and eagle smoke. Its insane how useful it is. Ive saved our missions from failing by just spamming stuns and stims on automaton miss to complete final objective while the destroyers have left us already.
What tool/addon did you use to see the SteamDB lowest price and the percentage for reviews? Or did you edit the images? Also, the quality of this video is insane, I thought you're a big youtuber and I'm glad I got this recommended.
SteamDB has a browser extension for Edge Firefox and Chrome that allows you to see a games lowest sale price, review percent, and a ton of other stats. Thats what I was using. Also, I appreciate the comment mate. These videos take a while so I'm happy you enjoyed it
ive never been kicked for non meta builds, my personal favourite atm is napalm strike, flamethrower, resupply, incendiary grenades and tesla tower, im a friendly fire machine but i kill a lot of bugs too, its fun. Ignore meta, play with stuff that's fun. Teslas are hilarious, mines are funny, cluster bombs near teammates are scary. if you're annoyed that one of your friends only uses the shield backpack, keep throwing resupply beacons on them as it sticks to their shield ;) Remember, there's no "competitive" game mode for this game, the fun is what you make of it. Winning isn't everything. Surviving with no respawns and low on ammo running away from too many enemies are the most fun situations for me, everyone is panicking and running away shouting "help me I've got no stimmmmms"
Yeah I agree there is no competitive mode, but everytime i public queue the players that join act like it. I have the most fun when queuing with friends cause thats where the funny builds truly get to shine

I got them all and it wasn't fun to do and often didn't feel worth bothering to do it. However, I do agree with some of the commenters here on some of the inacuracies in how you described the viabilty of certain weapons though. For example, the flamethrower is actually the GOAT for bugs. Though, maybe you were dealing with the DOT issue it had when judging it.

Its a pve game who cares if something is overpowered they just need to bring up the weaker gums so they can fill in niches and compete with the other weapons im all for weapons having obvious weaknesses and strengths i dont think every weapon should be a do it all weapon
I've played both Deep Rock Galactic and helldivers 1 and 2, and helldivers just has that special intensity that keeps me hooked, especially in helldivers 2, Deep Rock Galactic is still really fun though, not everyone has the same tastes, I do respect your opinion and feel free to disagree with me

Stalker lairs are easy if everyone goes to do it, but dont do one solo, especially if you're not using the sheld generator backpack
