Rope Tricep Pushdown
5-6 sets - 10-15 reps
Lying dumbbell tricep extension
4 sets - 10-12 reps
Underhand Tricep pushdown
4 sets - 10-12 reps (slow on the negative)
Unilateral tricep rope pushdown
3 sets - 10-12 reps
Reverse cable curls
4 sets - 12-15 reps
last set: dropset to failure

I love his videos because he speaks plainly. Too many of these CZcams guys get SO technical in explaining every nuance of a muscle for five minutes, and only then do they do two reps to show you.
It’s like reading a university textbook, and they lost my attention one minute into their speech.
Wesley talks simple and clearly, all the while showing himself doing the movements. He does not take five minutes to explain something that can be explained in one minute.

Triceps are the best responder on my body, they've grown allot and each one now is fully defined, then biceps second, probably muscle memory from a teenager when I worked out before, I enjoy using the rose grips the most, and really feel that burn.
Same, the pump on the tricep just feels amazing and is definitely my best responder too. How is the grind going? (1 year update?) XD

Thanks for the video, my biceps/triceps ratio has been way off all my life so I’ll be trying these things. The thought of just a triceps day seems very foreign to me - been doing chest/tris day forever .. I’ll try it though .. the philosophy of doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results = insanity.

Hey Wesley! Awesome channel dude I love it! If I may offer a tip ! I’d suggest the approach you begin integrating this technique into your program is to start by using it on the single arm tricep extension. Ok so first perform the tricep push down. Then with a fully straightened arm in line with your body (from a side view) extend your arm back behind your body flexing the tricep and scapula simultaneously. This works because the long head is actually attached to the scapulae and therefore this is the full range of motion of the muscle. What you’re already doing is great keep doing it it is great for medial tricep development. Straightening the elbow whilst keeping the arm still in space will mostly only work your medial tricep as it attaches to your upper arm. Using your triceps with your scapulae by trying the exercise I just described will incorporate the long head into the equation. I hope this helps! I know it helped me. If you or anyone else tries this and experience results and would like a couple more things you can do please let me know ✌️
