Just finished putting mine together last night, I only made two changes (Fractal North Case and AK620 Digital Cooler). I followed every step of this video and it runs like a dream. This was my first time ever building a computer, I was excited to see everything worked out on the first try. You gave me a lot of confidence throughout the process by making it look so easy! Thanks a ton ScatterVolt!
My pleasure! Thank you for building this!
does your fractal north case have lights?
I was bored, got on youtube and just saw one of the best guides to making a pc i have ever seen!
CZcams knows what's good for you then haha
Thanks for watching!
Same
@@ScatterVolt i also love the fact that you used a case that you can build yourself , imo it adds more to the adult "lego" that is very fun.

What CZcams guide did you watch????
Just bought all of the parts for my soon-to-be first ever PC build. I have to say your videos have been the inspiration and guide to picking each of my parts from start to video, and yes I will be once again referring to your videos to help guide me when I build for the first time once all of the parts come in. Thank you for everything you do! I hope your channel continues to grow throughout the future, you deserve it!
I’m glad my videos could help!

Does the pc work with a 4060 ti FE?
I just want to say thank u so much for such an in depth guide. This is my first ever pc. Ive been wanting one for a long time now, and finally decided to get the parts for my birthday. I knew pretty much nothing going into it, but you really helped me with finding all the parts i needed, as well as how to assemble it properly. Instead of the 4070 super, i did end up going with a 7900xt 😂 probably a bit overboard, but it was only 100 dollars more.
Just on time!!!! I was looking for a 1500$Gaming pc with clean looks and price to performance!!!!thanks
My pleasure
Thank you so much! I was super stressed out looking for parts and then came across this awesome video
No need to donate but thank you nonetheless!
I just have a few more questions (really sorry for your time just want to be 100% sure)
- Should I go for the Ryzen 7700 (not the X) that is on Amazon and comes with the stock cooler, or go with the X model and buy the additional CPU cooler?
- Would the $599.99 Gigabyte RTX 4070 Super on Newegg work since it has 3 fans, or should I go with either the one in the video or link?
- Just for clarification what cables do i need do i need to buy additionally (never had a PC before)?
- Should i get additional case fans, and if so, how many?
Again, really sorry for your time
All good
- Doesn’t matter. Might as well get the faster X if you care about performance
- GPU Fan count doesn’t matter really.
- All the cables you need come with the pc parts you get including the monitor
- Additional high quality case fans are always nice
Just built my first ever PC today! Been interested for years but haven't payed much attention recently. You helped me get back up to speed so thank you!
Awesome! What were the specs?
@@ScatterVolt I got a Ryzen 7600 and an RX 7800 XT! Built it all in one day and it boot up first try so I was super happy.

Just wanted to say I really enjoy your videos and you don't assume that people know how to build these newer systems. Have a blessed day!
I appreciate it!
40 min of happiness great video and beautiful build
Thank you Hassan!!
I've never built a PC but this looks so easy. Thank you for the great video and information. I can't wait! :D

Just bought everything! Hyped!
Another great build. Thanks for sharing and showing us all the steps. It really helps people new to PC game building
Thank you!
Just found your channel and love it! Ive always been a console gamer and play a few small warzone tournaments. Looking to upgrade to PC so gunna have to watch more of ypur videos to learn a good build 😂 these are class keep it up

I want this build soooooooo badly. My kind of aesthetic. Sleek, silent and ready to take anything on. Awesome build!!!
I’m glad it’s your style!
Love this man. I bought everything in this video for my first PC ever. Had to do a different case and did the 4070TI super. Great video. Watched it like 30 times step by step. Thanks man

Can you play helldivers 2?
@@propain42o37 I can do 2k at 120 easy. So yes.
@@propain42o37yeah you can run helldivers with a upper 20 series

Thanks for the CD Key code! I took a gamble based on your recommendation and the Windows 11 Pro activation worked flawlessly.
Beautiful!
How is it running now? Any problems with the Windows activation? I was always skeptical about these websites
Hey Scattervolt, just wanted to say I appreciate how calm you are. Lots of PC CZcamsrs come out with unnecessarily explosive energy and I find it a little lame sometimes. Keep up the good content!
Like who? 👀😅
Pc centric, Carter pc, Geeka what
Love your content! Keep it up!
I plan to!
I did the build. well I got everything and my son in law put it together. it's nuts how fast it is. Thanks
Awesome! I’m glad you guys were able to put it together!
My stuff just came in and completed my build today, this thing is fast.....only deviation I did was I used the 7700x and added an aio since I always wanted one in my build. Thank you for the help this is the second PC i build base on this channel :) Hope this last me a while
Which one did you get
@@skillzr3x388 What do you mean which one?

I'm going to build this at the end of the months thanks !
Congrats!
Loved how laid back and calm your video was and thanks for the cpu+gpu combo inspiration. Would be a definite step-up from a ryzen 5 7600 and a 4060ti.
Not to glaze but how does this guy not have at least 1 million subs? I'm putting together this build in the coming weeks as my first pc build and Scattervolt has given me the confidence to do it myself with his easy step-by-step instructions and explanations. Again, not trying to glaze.
It’s hard to get subscribers nowadays!
Awesome guide thank you so much.
You’re welcome!
Well i caved in and ordered that parts over the weekend. Cant wait to build this setup over the weekend after everything gets delivered ^_^

I really like your videos. I'm so glad you make these. It really helps. I'm going to purchase all these parts tomorrow and build this Gaming PC. Just changed the memory to 2x32gb sticks for a total of 64gb, added 6 fans, and changed from your 750 w to an 850 w power supply and added a good keyboard and gaming mouse. Still just below the 2 grand mark after tax and adding 2 USB Sticks to install windows and have a recovery USB stick. Thanks again. Most appreciated.
Awesome!
What fans are you going to use, can you send the link?
Just finished building this PC. All of the components were great. What I didn't like is that the video showed parts that were NOT on the buy list. 2nd the Montech Century G5 Power Supply works great BUT was missing 1 very important cable. The one that powered the motherboard. The one that split into an 8 pin/4 pin. It was missing. I had to order it from Amazon and wait another 2 days for it to arrive. I did upgrade it from the 750 watt to the 850 watt power supply, same brand, and same size. After that cable arrived and was installed everything worked perfectly. I'm using it to write this review. The Case is AWESOME!!!! Small, strong, easy to install everything because of the modular building process. Graphics card is Killer!!!!! AMD 7700X is AWESOME!!!! This thing is Very FAST!!!!! This PC will last me a very long time. Memory, motherboard, SSD, and video instructions were awesome.
All in all, Awesome video and fantastic component selection by ScatterVold !!! Thanks man for the hard work you put in on this build.
Suggestion:
Spend the extra money on a more reputable firm when purchasing a Power Supply so you have all the cables you need to get your PC running.
These are the fans I purchased. I got 2 sets of 3. Works very nicely. : www.amazon.com/dp/B09RWTCXRR?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details
Surely you could of asked customer support for that missing cable? Montech is reputable.
@@ScatterVolt By the time I looked up their information, called them, and they agreed to send me the cable would have taken longer than the 2 days from Amazon IMO. I honestly didn't want to go through that hassle so I just ordered it fast from Amazon. But good advice. And good to know you went the extra step to verify that Montech Century is a reputable company. You're the best man :) Out of ALL the video builders out there, yours was the best IMO. The memory is 6000 but the AMD 7700X can only handle 5200 which is just fine. Your component selection is perfect as the PC runs like a banshee. Thanks again ScatterVolt !!!!
Your videos are therapy for me ❤
How so? 🤔
@@ScatterVolt Because I love watching Computer Builds

Finally decided to build a pc, and I used this guide and it helped a lot
Awesome!
Thank you
I’ve always liked that case. I’m hoping that at some point they will make a smaller ITX version!
That'd be a real challenge.
This is one of the best $1500 pc build. For sure this has to have its counterpart with the AMD GPU like the 7800xt.
*Great build*
Thanks Alex!
This sleek suttle unit looks amazing
Another great video I see

Good luck testing in Bahrain this week. Make sure to sabotage Lance so the team has a reason to kick him off.
@@ScatterVolthis daddy is funding the whole team so without him there would be no team :/ Also I am pretty excited as Red Bull are going into a whole new direction with their car so there is a chance it may flop.

New subs here tnk u for this video looking for good build pc for my son thank you so much sir
Going with the Qube 500 would definitely make this a more interesting pc to build haha.

Ironically, my i7 13700k build is black and red themed with black MSI Tomahawk Z790 mobo and a Red Devil Limited Edition RX 7800 XT with large built in ARGB LED's...of course red LOL. My case is very similar to yours as well, Kediers W01 with top glass pane as well as front and side. Now what am I wearing? Black jeans and red t-shirt. How funny is that? Not planned of course, I'm 57, not 14 LOL. Great vids by the way, I've watched a bunch and you definitely do produce some informative and captivating content, and you do a great job at keeping the audience engaged, keep it up!!✌😎
Thanks mate!
man love the video I literally just did my upgrade and this is my exact build good shit man I like it! but the only difference is I have the 7700x
Insanely nice build
Do you like this kind of build or a more vibrant/louder pc build?
Hey marc! i am planning on ordering all the parts for this PC today but i wanted to ask as a beginner, what exact accessories/RGB parts do you recommend for this PC to make it look more sexy?
- RGB Air CPU Cooler or a 240mm AIO
- RGB fans
- RGB ram
- Get the pci riser cable I have linked in the pcbuilds.gg links so your GPU can be fully visible
All of the accessories/cables you need come with the products you purchase.
That’s it! Thank you.
Thanks so much for the 🔥 vid. Im earning for my pc as im about to turn 18 and get a job as im going to uni and i really want a fast powerful system cuz rn my pc is 12 year olds. I have a question where did u put the ram after u put the buffed up cooler?
Thank you so much, your build is the inspiration for my new pc. I’m going same motherboard, CPU (stock cooler), and GPU.
Just please, tell me, is the Montech air 903 a good to pair with this, also without buying any additional fans?
For the RAM, I think I'll go G.SKILL 32GB KIT DDR5 6000MHz CL30 Trident Z5 NEO AMD EXPO
Power source: Seasonic Focus GX 850 Gold
SSD: ADATA XPG GAMMIX S11 Pro 1TB beacuse of the price in my country (Slovakia)
If you have any time to respond, I would appreciate this immensely.
This is my first PC I’m building myself, so I want to maximize performance without overspending (around 1500/1600€.)
Guys almost done finally ordered all the parts waiting on the gpu update you when it arrives!
Hey scattervolt, I bought the B650x gaming x AX motherboard and everything else listed because that’s what y’all listed on the website at the time. This cube has a usb 3.0 header but the motherboard does not have a 3.0 port for it. What do i do now? Do i have to get an entire different motherboard? How can i make it work if there is no port for it?? im referring to 22:56 in this video
About to be picking up a 7800x3d and 7800xt I’m currently running an i59400f and rx580 I’m excited
Excellent picks.

Total cost is about 1420€ (with 7900gre about 1470€)

Once I get my license I plan on getting a job to help save more money
I would just like to say thank you to the creator for making this video helping me out with an amazing PC
My pleasure! Thanks for watching my vid too!
U look awesome I hope u will do these things every video
The outfit?
I'm glad I found your channel in the right time that I'm about to build my first PC, so huge shoutout to you for your fantastic guides!! Initially I was thinking about going with the $2000 build but since I'm okay with 1440p gaming (and saving some some of course :D), I'm wondering if I can follow the same build for $2000 (aesthetic-wise that build is so eye-catching imo) and use the Montech King 95 Pro white, but put the RTX 4070s and the B650 Auros Elite AX Ice together instead of this gpu/cpu??
also I'd appreciate to know if there is white version of RTX 4070s and the CPU so that the case and the components go better together color-wise. Sorry for the long comment, and thank you again :'D
That'd work. There are a few white RTX 4070 Supers if you just go looking for them.
Thank you! I'd look for them
thank you sv, i loved this build but i have a question, is this build enough for streaming and content creation? thanks.
Of course
Great build! I'd rather have the TD500 Mesh V2 though for the money =D
Would you suggest a GPU bracket to stop GPU sag?
Hello. Are there any fan and case recommendations for this build around.
Hey man, i’m new to your channel but i’m loving your content. Definitely a standout from other tech channels right now.
I’m about to switch from console to Pc so I can use it for Video Editing, Making music and Gaming also. And maybe a little VR in the future..
Would this build be suitable for all three things i’m hoping to accomplish? Thanks for the reply if you get around to it
I was also looking at your $2000 build but for my needs wasn’t sure if it was worth it. Plus the look of the $1500 is aesthetic lol
As long as your pc has enough storage for you then you’ll be alright. Any $1000+ pc build will excel for video editing and music, no matter the parts list. At that point, ram and storage are the more important parts.
I will say, center your build around an Intel cpu for video editing (quicksync). I have a few builds like that on pcbuilds.gg
i was thinking about building almost exaclty the same PC before hand
Will love to have stealth black build like this!
How much more do you like these kinds of builds over the typical RGB builds that I make?
@@ScatterVolt After watching this I started to save up for this kind of build, Maybe i could finish my build next year! Can't wait for that to happen! Thank you.
Is the air flow actually good in this case ? Because i don't see much fans, whether they're RGB or not.
Hey man which case i can buy, because i want this pc but i dont like the pc
Didn’t add the screw down for the ssd before adding heatsink?
How many extra fans would fit at the bottom of the fan. I wanna buy the “optional” ones but idk if 2 or 3 would fit
Love this been trying to find a good pc that I could build. I was wondering what Aio cooler would you recommend for this build?
Any of the ones I recommend on pcbuilds.gg
@@ScatterVolt So I built this PC but it won't boot when I have 2 RAM sticks and only when I have 1 installed. I checked if it was just a fault RAM sticks but both work fine. I also updated the Bios to see if that fixed it but it's still the same. I think it's just the RAM slots but I wanted your opinion on this before I get a replacement motherboard.
u can control that wraith prism with SignalRGB, i didnt find a guide for it, but i guess SignalRGB wants the usb cable for it
I wanna build this sometimes soon
personally i'd choose 7600x i'd be saving a bunch and it matches 4070 super more (in my opinion ofc) but still amazing build keep up the good work
Hello bro just need a suggestion should I get 3070 or 6700xt ..both available for same price but 3070 is new... So what should I pick iam so confused.
Is this good for streaming too??
Not sure if this is a dumb question or not: I'm starting to receive the parts for a PC that nearly copies what you have here. The company I ordered from delivered 4 sticks of 16gb RAM each instead of the 2 that I ordered and paid for (neato! Free RAM!). Wondering if it's a good idea to take advantage and use all 4 or is just using 2 a better idea? I've seen some things that seem to say that using all 4 RAM slots actually slows things down? I'm incredibly new to this so I don't wanna screw up my first ever PC build.
PS-I stumbled upon your channel a week or two ago and I think it's great! Keep up the good work!
I’m in the process of buying all the parts I got the motherboard and ssd 😀
Note that if the room your computer is in does not have air conditioning, the stock cooler will not be enough in the summer. If your room is in the 80 or 90 degrees fahrenhiet the stock cooler will not cool the processor enough.
Does it matter what brand of rtx 4070 you buy? I can’t find the nvidia anywhere
I want to do this exact build but Should I change anything in the build if I wanted to get the ryzen 7 7800x3d, I’m mostly building it for tarkov and I heard that this the best CPU for it
Hello @ScatterVolt. Me again. I have done this build but have decided to change the case to a NZXT H5 Flow as it costs a little cheaper and in my opinion looks better aswell. Do you think that the case would go with this build? And if not could you/someone recommend a different case to this please. (Sorry again 😅)
As long as the CPU Cooler you plan to use fits the dimensions of the case then you should be alright no matter what you do.
How does it do overtime with cpu temp
I just bought all the parts for the pc going to build it and if I need help I hope this video will help
It should!
u dont need two eps connectors unless the cpu highly overclocked or one EPS is used for aux power; one eps can supply 300W +
I do it regardless for simplicities sake and for first time pc builders who don’t know about that and might get confused
silly question but if i buy a windows key can i install & run windows 11? Or do i need to buy a license for it to work?
i want to upgrade my pc gpu to the 4070S, what intel cpu should i choose
(i thought of a 13700KF)
This thing is a real beast for $1500! If you don't mind me asking, is there any monitor you'd recommend that makes the most of this PC that's as cheap as it could be?
The one I recommend for this build can be found in the pcbuilds.gg link in the description.
tysm!
Hey scattervolt, I bought all the parts you listed and I put the pc together but I can’t get the pc to display on the monitor. Do you have any ideas what it could be?
Just did an i5 13600kf, 4070 Super, 2x16gb 5600 DDR5 ram, MSI MAG Z690 Force Wifi motherboard, Vetroo 240v Liquid cooler, w/ MSI MAG274QRF QD E2 1440p 180hz Monitor (just came out). It's looking and running amazing with CoD MWIII among others. Really happy with it. (Cost about $1,400 with the sales from Nov and January)
Nicely done!
