its just clay slip. the molds are plaster of paris, which wicks away moisture from the clay fluid rapidly, causing a uniform layer of clay to harden up along the walls of the mold. wall thickness is varied with the time the slip is left in the mold before dumping. it is a very uniform production process with a pretty high initial investment in the form of making or buying enough molds to support your desired product output.
How long does it keep liquid in mold and pour out?
Depends on weather conditions in hot summer 1,2 hour and in cold winter 4,5 hours.
and What is the material used for the labels ? it’s a powder ceramic or something else
