pretty amazing that they make so many pieces … all done by hand, no molds at all and they come out so uniformed in size and shape. Crazy craftsmanship here. Great to watch a technique that’s probably 10,000 years old and still being done the same way today.

I saw samples ancient teracota pieces in Athens national museum. Perhaps the art and technology crossed boundaries and continued to serve humanity till date.
Making ceramic pots and artifact's and giving them enamel coating made high durability with asthetic appeal and utility, mastered and traded by the Chinese people. Even glass and cheap metal by its durability had replaced/supplimented its use, but porcelain still remains as prized possession of every household.

Always considered these jars beautiful in their simplicity!
The labour dedication and concentration involved was more than I could have imagined.
Also I think the Potter hand spinning the shapes is highly skilled!

In this we put pickled mangoes for 2 to 3 years but it does not spoil. These jar workers are working very hard to make this. Thanks to them
It does not spoil because of oil and salt natural preservatives , these jars prevent sunlight which also helps to an extent
