    How would you utilize Pinterest for POD, like t-shirts? What type of video would you create to use on Pinterest? Thank you for your time!

    • @AlfieNemeth
      @AlfieNemeth  Před 5 měsíci +1

      That's a great question! To be honest for Pinterest I'd normally suggest lifestyle photos (not product photos) because these are simply easier to create and get a lot of pins out, in comparison to videos. However if you did want to go the video route and have the time to get them out frequently, then again I'd suggest something more lifestyle focused, showing off the best features of the product. With POD t-shirts it's harder to show what makes them special, as you're only really selling the design. I think something like an animated collage swiping through lots of your best designs could work well. Or something where the opening shot is text like 'Looking for the perfect gift for Dad?' , and then the next shots are examples of your bestselling Dad t-shirts. The text will hook them. If you want to chat just put something in my calendar (link in description) i'd be happy to help you scale :)

    Do you have tips for shipping POD products? I get a lot of traffic from EU, but it needs 20 days+ and 14$+ to ship there.
    The Problem is the POD Provider is the best in the niche but He doesnt have EU factories... the other Providers are worse in Print time and Costs.
    Would be grateful for some advice ❤

      What print provider do you use & what item do you sell? I use Printify and they have toooooons of production partners in the EU & Europe in general. I've used the ones in the UK Germany and Poland and theyre very good

      @@KateTheMama The supplier is spoke custom products and the product niche is smartphone cases...

    • @KateTheMama
      @KateTheMama Před 5 měsíci

      Ah I'm not familiar with smartphone cases. But i will say this, I live in Poland and I know that if I'm purchasing something from the US it will have long shipping times, expensive shipping & probably incur customs fees ... But i do it anyway, and so do a lot of other people i know. It doesn't deter everyone 🤷🏼‍♀️ And in my own Etsy shop, I've had people spend $15 on shipping for my products going from US to Europe

    • @watcherManu
      @watcherManu Před 5 měsíci +2

      That's true, of course. Unfortunately, a lot of traffic is still discarded because some people are put off by the high costs and long delivery times. However, additional customs duties should not be incurred.
      That's why I'm looking for a solution to maximise profit and provide customers with the best offer.
      But thanks anyway.

      Depending on the product itself you want to sell, you may be limited by suppliers. One thing you can do is turn on 'Automatic Order Routing', this way if a customer is in a location that is far away from your main suppliers location, the order will be sent to another supplier that is closer, cutting down on shipping costs for you and also delivery timescales. I always find your personally better using a US/UK based supplier and shipping direct to either of these markets, the markets for other countries are only a fraction of etsy shoppers. Although not impossible to make sales to these countries, you are shipping to a smaller audience.
