I think the rooms are of decent size, including the kitchen and bathroom. I like the ground floor apartment because of access to the garden.

I wonder if you could ever visit some of the inner Johannesburg building conversions into apartments. I know you've been to the Absa building and a few others... I was thinking more along the line of the old Stuttaford's building and maybe the Antsey's building, not sure if that ever got converted though. Anyway, thanks for your channel.

We plan ahead. Lot of solar, wind and gas coming to the grid soon. More solar power station solar stations are about to be finished. I have already invested in some of them, read about the developments in SA before spewing vitriol idiot.

The government has opened bid window 2 for solar and wind energy. Projects of bid window 1 are being built and some will be completeted next year. Go to Northern Cape you will see many solar farms are about to be completed and will come online in 2024 and 2025. In Eastern Cape wind turbine farm of about 1200 megawatts has been completed. I have already invested in wind energy. Instead of complaining look for opportunities that are there. At the rate at which SA is investing in green and sustainable energy I think in 10 years time we will rely less on coal. I laugh at people who are critical of load shedding when 94 % of SAns have access to electricity and the number will increase exponentially in the next 4 years. Many countries on the continent do not have even 50% access to electricity, but they comment here. What a joke.

I agree with you but i think thats what other developers do everywhere they just replicate their designs hence you can tell who is the developer without seeing the sign. MNT is also doing the same.

WHAT?....R5.4billion!!!!...The waterfront area is really tiny and mediocre. I was in Dubai and saw artificial waterfronts at least 70 times bigger than this. LOL....Joburg's New Waterfront looks like a little water puddle after a little rain compared to Dubai waterfronts. - NOT VERY IMPRESSED!!!
