The 2 bedroom loft is amazing. Everything that you can think of is inside the estate. Great content G! Was expecting to see a braai area. With so many solar panels I wonder why they would have power outage problems during load shedding

Really great content. But I’d advise anyone not to move here. I’ve lived here for 18 months and I’m leaving next month (finally).
I’ve had issues with the way the estate is run. Power outages in certain blocks when there’s no load shedding, water being cut in blocks as well, daily sewage stench in the morning, the list goes on. Try avoid renting from Century Developers and Houss. Terrible group.

Same, wouldn’t advise anyone to stay at any Houss developments. We stayed at Carlswald luxury Apartments and its great until there is an issue. We had break ins and noone from the estate management came to even check on us to see how it could have happened. Then we were told we can install security system or trelidoor at our costs and need to pay when we leave for any whole drilled. And the noise is crazy, at some point we had people having parties every weekend and it went on for hours, security didn’t intervene (they were meant to be patrolling every night) so yeah. These are all great until there is an issue

I come to The Precinct a lot actually but I wasn't aware it has all those other features (lifestyle area, the gym, cinema, working area...etc). I only knew the soccer area, the swimming pool and the kids play area. It's beautiful, I actually like it. 😊💯👌🏽

Don’t do it. I currently live there and finally leaving. Many issues with the estate managers: times of no power when not load shedding, water being cut, sewage stench in the morning.

Lived here for a while, my only criticism was the lifestyle centre, the gym is too small, the restaurant too. It is exquisite though 🤞🏾
