The New Season of GO Battle League is starting and with it pokemon with new moves. Taking a look at whether the great league meta changes this season with the changes in nerfs/buffs to moves.

Last season I submitted battles and it honestly helped so much hearing your feedback. I was able to get to 2900 and I’m sure I’m not the only one who has been benefitting in that way. Keep up your videos!

A cheeky thing you could do versus Annihilape is going for foul play first and then psychic. They'll be more inclined to no-shield the 2nd move since 2 foul plays don't threaten a ko anw. Even if they shield the first foul play just to scout for a potential psychic, you should always only throw it when it guarantees the ko.

What do you do against Wiggly leads? Soft lose, align mantine, and go 2 shield ape?
What moveset for umbreon?
I lead spark lanturn and used to get out of Guzzlord but if you get a thunderbolt off, you can soft lose to it

@James-md2lq Well ill just agree to disagree, while energy is a tad slower you deal more damage in return. With the nerf of spark ill be using water gun
@@lsumaniac2485 I tried water gun lanturn and while it sounds good in theory - in practise you just lose too much hp and it forces you to shield more in general to reach enough energy to apply pressure in certain matchups because water gun just doesnt do enough damage to justify the loss of energy gain.
Water gun lanturn always makes me wish i had spark... even when i win.

Dan, the cres lantern situation is frustrating as hell and happens way too much, but remember as many times as that has happened to you, it has also happened to your opponent. Only you will not be able to recognise when it happens to your opponent.

Razor leaf is still the way to go. Especially on shadow Vic.

I'm guessing it doesn't come up often but I was running azu and lanturn in the back and magical leaf helped me win most those battles when I had no chance with razor leaf

Licki would put this team double weak to counter hed get farmed so easy by like 80 percent of the players
