Hello everyone! I hope you enjoyed this easy cornchaff recipe. Cornchaff is a Cameroonian dish made with boiled corn, boiled beans, palm oils, country onions and other ingridients. The dish is very easy to make because all you do is add all your ingredients in the beginning then cover the pot and let it cook for about 15-20 minutes on medium to low heat. This is a beginners friendly recipe, so if you’ve never made cornchaff before, don’t worry. This recipe is the perfect guide for you to cook it like a pro! Ingredients
Boiled Corn 3 ½ cups
Boiled Beans 4 cups
Palm oil 1 ½ cup
Country onions ( Rondelles) 1 ½ Teaspoons
Smoked fish - Any amount you want
Crayfish 2 ½ Tablespoons
Onions ¼ of a large onion
Water 3 cups
Garlic 3 cloves
Ginger ½ a thump size
Beef bouillon 1 Teaspoon. You can use maggie instead.
Salt 1 Teaspoon. Make sure you start off small then taste not to add too much.
Green onions 2
Celery
