    List of ingredients
    1. Peeled corn ( if fresh, doesn’t need peeling)
    2. Beans
    3. Tomato
    4. Onion
    5. Pepper
    6. Garlic
    7. Country onion
    8. Palm oil
    9. Dried fish
    10. Crayfish
    11. Spring onion
    Procedure
    1. Soak both beans and corn separately for at least an hour before cooking. After soaking, rinse and cook in separate pots.
    2. When both beans and corn have properly cooked, rinse with cool fresh water and then transfer both the corn and beans into the same pot for cooking.
    3. Add dried fish, blended tomatoes, onion, garlic and pepper, salt and seasoning cubs, a litre of water and allow to cook.
    4. Then add crayfish, palm oil, spring onion and allow to simmer.
    5. Your cornchaff is now ready for eating, enjoy.
