I visited 1. FC Köln in 2014 in the second league in the match against VfL Bochum. The support was really amazing and Köln rised up in the first league and the pitch was invaded.

Biggest german derby is by far Dortmund vs. Schalke. No matter how predictable it was in the recent 5 years. It's about the history and the fans - not the results.

DERBYS gibt's viele aber Köln Gladbach, Dortmund Schalke, Hannover Braunschweig oder auch Hamburg Bremen das sind kein Derbys, das ist gelebter Hass.

De probleem is dat Schalke veel slechter geworden als BVB. Vijf jaar geleden was het de grotere.

BVB:S04 ist by far bigger than the rheinderby.. The Tension is much higher and the Distance is smaler. But thats my opinion. HEJA BVB
