When I try to click on the enable 2FA toggle, it's already grayed out.
It's grayed out when it's turned off. Simply tap it, the toggle will turn on and you'll see next step.
Plz need your help. I cannot enable my 2FA toggle . I can't get access to the code
This is my issue as well. Unsure what the workaround is.

good morning, I bought another cell phone, and I ended up uninstalling from one and installing it in another and now I can't disable authentication or activate it because I don't have the code anymore on the new device.
how do i solve this?
If you enabled Backup Sync (on iCloud or Google Drive) or you've exported and saved backup file while using our 2FAS app on your old phone - you can simply install the 2FAS app on new phone and enable sync (with the same apple or Google account) or import backup file :)

so i type in the 6 digit code on the authenticator side of the crypto side of the app and it tells me to type in the right code ... which im doing ... plz help
