As per my knowledge indigo is in news recently for numerous reasons.. including delays, avoidance of mid air collision by a small distance, delaying check in and then forcing passengers to buy tickets at exorbitant prices.. Except the low complains... The other info was great!!

Indigo has good market share because it is low budjet airline. But cant considered as a good airline in terms of service. Jet airways and Vistara is better airlines then Indigo but it is expensive.

Ravi Rana It was one of the ground staff. Who know he would have been paid by rival airlines to do so. Seeing Indigo airlines success that's something other airlines could possibly think of doing.
The airline consider all mothers are Bahubali. No infant seat belt is provided in aircraft. The air hostesses says mother’s hand is the safest fastening for the indent and no incident happens in the airline history

Indigo is the worst airline ever. I have a flight on 6th July 2018 4:50 AM departure. I reached t1 departure at 3:45. There were no groundstaff to help me point the right way. I got in line in G counter and it was a bit rush. When I reached the counter. They informed me to go ti counter H. When i reached the counter, they said it was closed. It was closed at 4:12 and departure timing was 4:50. I begged them but they never listened and they asked me another 12000 for another flight. This was the worst experience i have ever faced in my life. They don't have staff to gibe direction in he right counter and ignore customer complaint. To be honest, i would rather die than travel in Indigo flight.........
Dnt blame the airline for this.. Because it is already mention in our tickets that passengers should reach the departure gate 2 hrs earlier. If not 2 hrs then at least 1 hr before.. Because the flight takes off at its exact time know. It will not wait for u more than its said time.
