Tying a PMD Split Back Perdigon Fishing Fly

Some of our best sellers are the split back nymphs; both the BWO and PMD versions are fish catchers. Here’s our attempt to put this into a perdigon style fly.

• Thread (underbody): SemperFli Nano Silk, 18/0 Olive. www.discountfl.... You could also use Brown for the entire fly so that you do not need to change the thread color for the thorax.
