This was first reported by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and the press service of the Army operational command ‘East’. In the de-occupied part of the Kharkiv region, the Ukrainian security forces continue to record new facts of war crimes of the Russian army. Perhaps the greatest trait of a professional soldier is honor. Not only will they not lie,cheat or steal, they don't attack non-combatants. After the hostilities they must live with themselves. Will they reminisce about their gallantry or will they be haunted by acts of cowardice.
