I love this firearm. One of the best conceal carry pistols for sure. I have over 600 rounds with no issues thus far.
Finally they made a larger EMP. Such a no-brainer. Awesome.

Really liking this gun! I wonder though if it's hard to find magazines. Also in a video TFB TV, James Reeves mentioned this gun comes with 3 mags, a holster and 2 mag holster, is this true?
+Rene G. Solis I know the EMP .40 does come with everything. I assume this one is the same. The EMP is a great gun, i use it as my carry gun.
+Robert Roediger -Dude, what a deal! I've been itching for my first 1911, I'm loving this gun and it's 10+1. My concern is with the mags though, wonder if they're hard to come by and expensive.
Will this change Daniels distrust of 1911s?
I love 1911s, I also absolutely love the AK and everything about it from history to performance. If I were to deploy again, I would prefer an M4 and a handgun that isn't a 1911.

EMP SUCK! Mine has never worked properly, i have sent it back to Springfield Armory 3 times. They cant fix the issues, they will not refund. Very Very disappointed with Springfield Armory. I would stay as far away from this gun as possible! Gun was tested with over 5 different types of ammo, different mags, the works. Nothing got it to work properly.

+Driver Johns Failure to feed. Over and over and over. I'm not a Gunsmith but I can shoot in the right direction. Separate mags, different manufactures of ammo. Nothing worked right. More so disappointed in Springfield as they basically told me it is what it is.... Not something I will carry and trust my life to. Stuck with a paper weight. Failures are around 1 in 15 rounds.
I've read many reviews on this weapon and your the first to not like it. always has to be a hater. go buy a sr1911 and be happy.

***** So you are saying that i am the only one out of the 7 billion people on earth that thinks 9mm doesn't go with a 1911? Interesting. And i really don't care about 22 because the only thing that round is going to be used is plinking and killing vermins. Well, i suppose it could be used for self defence, but it's a pretty pretty pretty crap round for that. If i wanted a 9mm for self defence i would go with a polymer style handgun, like a glock or an XD.
In my oppinion, only good 1911 is a 45. 1911 :D
