No, I did not lose a bet, but the foundation of Handbag Husband is to follow along as we learn more about the Hermès brand, develop relationships with our sales associates from one side of the globe to another, and pursue some amazing handbags. Furthermore, with genuine interest, I want to learn more about what makes Hermès such an amazing brand and be able to fully embrace and appreciate the art form.

The bag you called the "officer bag" is known as the birkin Toile. The "officer bag" is a style of birkin but I believe it is the version with the two parallel vertical stripes on the left hand side of the bag (normally in a contrasting colour to the bag). Anyway enjoying listening to your musings on Hermes. Like that you guys are doing something different to the usual Hermes content. ❤
