- Today, I have an early Halloween treat. Commercial breaks that aired on Cartoon Network on October 12th 2008 during the premieres of the Billy and Mandy TV movie Underfist: Halloween Bash on Flicks and the What’s New, Scooby-Doo special A Scooby-Doo Halloween.

Seeing these commercials makes me nostalgic and wish I bought some of these toys and snacks shown during the commercial break before they were discontinued.
You are absolutely right! And get this: the premiere broadcast of Underfist was actually shown in widescreen! But rerun airings of the movie, including the one that aired the next night, were shown in full screen. It’s crazy
@@tammyjej No way! I remember seeing the special on Cartoon Network in 2013.
@@Princess_-gp3ep Another fun fact: the reason the animation in Underfist looks different than the original Billy and Mandy series is that it was made after production of the series and Cartoon Network didn’t pay for a permanent crew for the movie, so Maxwell Atoms did most of it by himself and they used a different overseas animation crew for the movie

Yep. I actually had the Toy Story and Toy Story 2 2-disc DVDs from 2005 when I was a kid
@@tammyjej That’s awesome! Disney also made new direct to DVD sequels and rereleased the old ones in special edition DVDs. Unfortunately, they were victims of the infamous Disney vault.

@@tammyjej Yeah. I still have the dvds so I can see how the studio made the movies and play the fun games.
@@Princess_-gp3ep That’s true. I love how on the Toy Story, Toy Story 2 and Monsters, Inc. 2-disc DVDs, they have virtual tours of the locations in the movies
