From Seinfeld Season 4 Episode 16 'The Shoes': Elaine can't seem to figure out why her shoes are a subject of conversation. Jerry and George pitch their pilot to NBC, but the deal is nearly jinxed when George takes a peek at the cleavage of the NBC president's daughter.

About Seinfeld:
Seinfeld stars Jerry Seinfeld as a stand-up comedian whose life in New York City is made even more chaotic by his quirky group of friends who join him in wrestling with life's most perplexing, yet often trivial questions. Often described as "a show about nothing," Seinfeld mines the humor in life's mundane situations like waiting in line, searching for a lost item, or the trials and tribulations of dating. Co-starring are Julia Louis-Dreyfus as Jerry's ex-girlfriend and current platonic pal, Elaine Benes; Jason Alexander as George Costanza, Jerry's neurotic hard-luck best friend; and Michael Richards as Jerry's eccentric neighbor, Kramer.

Elaine and her various expressions, gestures even in the background, to get Russell's attention is among my all-time fave Seinfeld moments 😂
JLD has various moments like this, where she doesn't even have lines and yet she's doing funny crap just in the background 😆
When she’s flapping the napkin up and down like sheets being hung out on a laundry line in a quick don’t-blink-or-you’ll-miss-it moment. Classic prop humor! 😂
Get a good look Costanza?🤣
I know I sure did. 😍
Looking at cleavage is like looking at the sun. You don’t stare at it, you get a good peak and then look away!
@@dfire351 lololololol!!
Lmfao 😆
Lmao just reading this.
“This is why you’re not in the pilot” such a great line and well delivered by Jerry Seinfeld. 1:40
And she wasn’t in it! Lol pretty meta
*1:50 but your point still stands
Elaine is just...😍
"Look, sweetheart, you know you got it all!"
Love this line
Every season the antics get crazier 😂
Ahhhhh! Elaine! What a beauty!
Jerry and George they are hilarious together using Elaine to talk to the man why he’s having dinner funny
Elaine is such a hottie.
3:38 is what you're looking for 😉
Not all heroes wear capes
I wonder how much of the show's popularity had to do with her being smoking hot eye candy.
George and Jerry are hilarious
That's why I poked
Why I peeked 😂
0:17 "What do women say"? Any man who has written a book or screenplay can relate. Writing dialogue for women can be tough.
Even for female woman types
Not really. Just point them at another woman and they will destroy them.
Easy- let women write the dialogue.
You could just approach it the way they write Sweet Dee. Just write lines for a normal person. Then cast a woman.
Just have the woman speak ill of other women, lie, and be obnoxiously complacent and agreeable.
Business, television and how to work around things. 😂
We couldn't write for a woman😂😂
Love the old phones with antennas
I'm not positive but those appear to be real they're spectacular
Don;t you think that sentence warrants an exclamation point?
push-ups , not that there's anything wrong with that ;)
Yeah that's dynamite
A few years ago I was sitting next to Russell (Bob Balaban) at the White Manna hamburgers in Hackensack NJ. I wanted to talk to him but I also didn’t wanna be rude while he was eating so I didn’t say anything to him.
Great story. When’s the movie out?
Elaine had nice ones
Not really, the push up bra did ALOT of the heavy lifting in this episode, not to mention the low cut shirt helped make them seem much more than they really are.
They were fine naturally.
Yeah, they're a nice pair of Botichelli's
@@steverogers7601 he said they were nice. Not big.
@@steverogers7601 She went to emmy awards in 1995. I see the dress she wore. It was outstanding. I don't think I've ever seen a more beautiful woman.
Yeah but she was always wearing big jackets and loose tops
I have been attracted to her since the beginning of me being attracted to ladies
You have to be attracted to funny smart intelligent women because of course they are all nuts
It's no secret.....I ALWAYS order The Pasta Primavera!
One of the best
It’s funny because this is the effect she had on the actual show.
What?
Implying she isn't a good actress and was only there for eyecandy 😮
In other words a dumb take
And so Greenpeace gained another activist
this was her 'hot assistant manager' look.
How about that! Both guys are left- handed when they write.
I came here looking for the comment Jerry made about Kramer inherited a ton of money a long time ago. It’s not in the episode streaming on Netflix so I thought maybe there was a longer version of this episode somewhere else.
I either never listened to that part or totally forgot about it. Thank you!
If you need shoes I'll buy you shoes 😁 Jerry
They LOVE the SNUB!
“How do you write women so well?” “I think of a man, and I take away reason, and accountability” 🤣🤣🤣
Jack!
HELP!!
Who are they accountable to?
Themselves their families their obligations their partner(s) social norms and basic kindness ect ect
Time stamp?
I always forget this episode is a about a pilot 🤣
Field of Vision huh...
Omg the thumbnail
Field of vision, ha?
Thank goodness for ‘PUSH UP’ bras! 🥹
Elaine was my fav!
They're real and they're spectacular
Lainey!
The restaurant set looks like the set of Poppie's. Probably the same one. Or the new owners took over when the health inspectors shut Poppie down.
So proud to be a lefty (handwritter:) like George and Jerry !
No soup for you.
Hahah!!! 😂
Ketchup? I see no ketchup anywhere.
This is by todays definition “meta”
Her walking around with the cleavage pretending to do stuff is so funny.
They're both left handed!!
Do you have a ketchup secret...
I do. It’s a great lubricant!
Elaine looks lovely 😍
What's Botticellis?
Elaine is FAP ❤❤❤
In an alternate universe Elaine becomes Phoebe Buffay's stepmother.
That’s an insult to a smart gal like Elaine:)
@@wisemanspoke You don't understand the reference. The actor who plays Russell on Seinfeld also plays Phoebe's father on Friends.
"That's a little broad for us" - very self referential
They’re both left handlers.
Wow
who else clicked because of the thumbnail, i say the "most replayed" section.
What's your ketchup secret?
Hunt not Heinz

Season 4 is peak Seinfeld
Season 3-5 Peak of Television
I'd say season 8 is the best individual season (and by far the most underrated) then season 5-8 was it's prime. I was making a list of the best episodes for a friend to watch and after looking through the entire Seinfeld catalog, realized how many gems season 8 has. The little kicks, the Yada Yada, the bizarro Jerry, the comeback, the chicken roaster, the summer of George, the nap, and many other greats. But obviously that's just my opinion and everyone has different opinions which are basically irrelevant
@@jhaz89 Best episode of season 3 would be what in your opinion?
I think it's 6 or 9 personally
More Susan wasn't better TV imo
id also fold to elaine
That Elaine sure did get around. Seems like she got railed by half of the city.
And Jerry seemed like he dated half the city.
Those lucky sons-of-bit...
because she did, it was just subtle, today everyone would know because of social media
Jerry Dated like everyone I'm Manhattan, Elaine's numbers pale in comparison
They ALL "got around". Why are you pointing out Elaine? Oh right, sexism hypocrisy. I forgot that applies in this world lol
Boticellis still exist?
No leer....
Even if it was just a push up bra, she still looks beautiful.
The revelation that Jerry is autistic
Elaine was responsible for his death in the show. Each of the Seinfeld characters are responsible for the death of another person.
George for Susan. Elaine for Russell. Kramer and jerry?
@@shahbazshaikh2884 How is Elaine responsible for his death. That's very far fetched. She did not want to date him and he developed an obsession. George ok but even there responsible is too big a word. ,
And Julia Louis was responsible for Susan's death
Was Julia pregnant for this episode? How could they have presented such bounty when she's not that big?
"You care to join us?"
"No. No, I gotta get to the restaurant."
... Say what?
You are IN a restaurant! Why did you come to this restaurant if you're going to another one???
@@gabriela4229 Ah, I see.
Silly me. I didn't even realize it was the same woman.
Thanks!
the cleavage scene in 2023 would be impossible to play on tv..
No on a streaming service she'd be all naked in the reboot
This is a year old but Your joking right?
No amount of push up bras, tapes or pushing them together provides any help, it's still lame
If you removed the woman from Seinfeld, you'd neva know. It's a story about self love, a show about nothing. Ironically.
Elaine is the perfect woman except in real life where she leans far left
Elaine on the show was far left. It's sad that you can't even watch a TV show without getting political.
"Perfect woman?" She's a sociopath.
Rather live in a country where there are no choices ?
@@RobertSmith-bz5ug I'd personally like to be somewhere where you're not viciously attacked for having your own opinion. Too many militant dirtbags in this society.
BLM burnt down their own cities during a pandemic.
Season 4 sucks
thats a push up bra, bc elaine does not have a rack
