Some game devs believe that they've removed all possibility of the player falling out of the world and so code their games to where falling a certain distance without stopping automatically kills you.
I still love the games that let you walk back into the world if you clip through something.

@@Malidictus Most of the map covered with deadly fog, you need to progress through story to get there

At the very begin of the story, the deadly fog is still everywhere and the game just gives you a small single path where you can walk (as an in-game "tutorial").
The doggo is a bit inside the fog, so, when you crouch to pet him, you enter into it.

It was buggy as hecc on release day lol. The game wouldn't start up. Also in the first mission, there were 0 enemies for me so I had to restart

Does Cyberpunk just normally glitching out even really qualify as a game fail anymore?
At this point, it's normal gameplay. What a dumpster fire of a game.
The same thing can go for Skyrim, Assassins creed and some others.
I do see your point on a broken game but you just gotta laugh at the glitch and lay back to enjoy.

It kind of seems like Jonathan Blow and Casey Muratori are the only developers smart enough to fix falling through maps. It won't happen in the witness but then again not everyone is at their level. It shouldn't be happening at all in any game anymore.
