#9 - best thing to do is call the police, report a possible drunken truck driver because he is swerving in and out of his lane, blocking people and cutting them off.
Looks more like road rage to me, the truck driver's ego could not handle being honked at.
One better. Send it to the traffic commissioner.
@@christopherx7428yeah they know it’s road rage but they are saying to get a better response report as a drunk driver as olive will come out there and then and pull them over.
@@christopherx7428yeah, the scaffolding lorry drove normally when the cammer wasn’t near and only wove about when the cammer was close. Perhaps some previous?
I'd also question the loading of that truck - while I'm no expert, I have carried wood and scaffold poles about, so I understand their relative weights, and think that putting that much wood up so high, with relatively little mass below it is asking for trouble if the driver goes into a roundabout a bit too fast, or makes a sharp turn (quite likely, given their appalling driving behaviour).
#12 I would have just yielded - the stress and risk of damage to my car isn't worth the aggro of arguing with idiots
Exactly! The idiot in the camera car was determined to keep going and didn’t care about any damage. His insurance company would have loved that footage if there have been a collision.
Agree - I value the condition of my car more than my position on the road relative to other road users
Plus if there’s an idiot behind or alongside let them in front where you can see what they’re doing. Far easier to react if you’re not distracted.
@@waltersobchak1719 , number 12,,,,think the bloke needs to read the highway code, bare in mind we drive on the left not the right, merge into the lane safely dont force ya way in , aggressive drive only goes wrong,,,
@@johnnya2811 Couldn’t agree more. You can tell what sort of twat he is by his comments that are on the screen: “ The woman driving the Mini didn’t want to let me in. TOUGH, coming through”. Proves what an arrogant, aggressive tosser he is. I wonder what his insurance company would say if they saw that.
5:00 That's ALLTASK scaffolding, insulation, asbestos management, and environmental services specialist of North Luton Industrial Estate, Sedgwick Rd, Luton LU4 9DT. Not that it really matters who they are because they all seem to go to the same road safety training school. I've never come across a scaffold lorry driver who has any consideration for other road users. They drive their lorries like they stole them and when they do park up they seek out the most awkward of places to park using their wild card of "I got work to do mate". Driveways, crossings, yellow lines are, apparently, put there specifically for them and DPS to park.
It'd be a shame if the reviews of them that you see when you google "Alltask luton" were to drop....
Scaffolders, in general, are bunch of cowboys. If you want to really know what a "blank expression" looks like, ask one what they know about The Work at Height Regulations 2005.
Scaffmen are the worst drivers and possibly the thickest people you'll ever meet on any building site. Every one I know was part of the bullying idiot clique at school where half of them can hardly spell their own name. The way they drive makes "Highways maintenance" drivers look like tutors.
"I'm not following you"
*turns around and rides away*
You do not want some one that retarded behind you when on a Bike you want them in front any fucking around happens in clear view so you can react to them. I would not want that prick behind me when riding my bike.
Oh shit yeah ahhahahaa
Biker was a bottle job!😂 typical Audi driver also, mug😂
#8 clearly more to this clip, the bikers explanation of events don’t just add up. He was going one way, had the incident then carried on to his destination, where he states he stopped. When he went back up the road he ‘found himself’ behind the car again, has the conversation then does a U turn to go back the other way. Clearly pursued the driver for an argument.
That's my reading of their actions too.
I've seen this clip on a few other videos and its always a different story
My thoughts exactly. If he did accidentally end up behind the same car he had had a problem with earlier, why did he follow it so closely? Why not turn off and go a different route or park up and wait for it to get out of sight? He was being intimidating and looking for a fight.
Absolutely just did this for shits and giggles. If he wasn't following him then he'd have just carried on like any normal person would, but nope, eventually does a u-turn.
@@ZombiesateMissSJ Agree 100%👍
#8 textbook example of how not to defuse a situation
If a company ignores their shitty drivers then post it on face book, they hate that, especially if you can tag them!!
Agreed
Also send that clip to the police. They might have something to say about it.
@@waltersobchak1719 Doubtful. Some twat road raged at me last Autumn. He nearly hit me head on passing a parked car on his side of the road. He stopped by the side of me and opened his large van door HARD onto my small car door, causing £250 worth of damage. Even though I had it all on dashcam, PC Plod said it couldn't be proven that the damage wasn't already there. When I asked Plod, ok well what about the bad driving, the swearing in a public place, and the threats of violence towards me? They said nothing can be proven. Just what is the point of cameras if the lazy, useless Oinkers take no notice of them?!
There is a tendency for firms like this or Local Authorities to get someone through a test so they can drive an HGV. Because of this they can lack discipline or skills that regular HGV drivers have . I experienced exactly the same thing on Local Authorities with tractor drivers, many having never driven a tractor before but "pushed" into the role. It was so refreshing to find a LA tractor operator and not just a mere "driver".
I think that's Ronnie Pickering's son at 4:00
Who?
You beat me to it😂
Good ole Ronnie sprung to mind when I watched this clip too - classic that one. 🙂
#8 "I'm not following you, I'm going this way" then at the end of the clip he turns around and goes back the way he came from... yeah there's something more to this than we're being told.
When you’ve got some idiot pulling over to the side of the road to start threatening you sometimes it’s just easier to find another way to your destination. On a pedal/motor bike you’re so much more vulnerable to these bullies you need to look after yourself.
@@louiem9382someone actually talking sense👍🏻
I'm a biker who doesn't side with this biker.
@@darthkek1953 "I'm a...." on the Internet doesn't mean shit. The fact that first thing you said was "I'm a biker" leads me more to believe that you're not.
2nd clip, unfortunately becoming very common.
HGV/LGV drivers standards seem to have been dropping, and now are noticeably poor.
I was overtaking on a dual carriageway yesterday, an LGV class 1 vehicle, and was about halfway alongside, when the vehicle indicated to move out into my lane, and started squeezing me in my lane. I carried on and the driver put his hand out the window in a gesture as if to say 'what do you think your doing let me pull out'.
He obviously expected me to slam my brakes on, and drop behind just so that he could pull out in front of me and crawl past another LGV.
Notice to LGV drivers, if I am allowing you to pull in front of me I'll flash my lights, but until then do not think you own the fking road and can bully smaller vehicles out of the way.
Suffice to say I carried on, and another 10+ vehicles following me were not forced to brake just because of one dipshit LGV driver.
Following Brexit a lot of European HGV drivers said no to driving Europe to UK routes, and Vice Versa with UK drivers. This led to a shortage of HGV drivers, a huge recruitment push with ridiculous salaries. Standards dropped as a result of companies being desperate to fill the gaps, and folk looking for big bucks. This sadly, is the result.
The problem is more to do with the layout of the junction. I live near that stretch and the common practice is for people to stay in the right lane to go straight on and the left lane for the turn. Its the same in the opposite direction, as you approach the lanes split and the RH lane gives you the straight line to the road, the LH lane is designed more like a merge so most people tend to use RH to go on and LH for slow vehicles or turn off.
7:06 I wouldn't be prepared to get my car damaged over something so pity but at the same time I kind of enjoyed seeing somebody standing up to that Karen in her little Mini and putting her in her place...
#12 what would I have done? Not tried to cause a collision in traffic.
The cammer behaved a bit like a spoilt self-entitled fool who had to get that one car in front.
The guy on the motorcycle is a danger. Doesn't seem to know when to de-escalate a potential dangerous situation for himself. He clearly was pursuing the car in front. The engine revs don't lie
I thought it was funny. Especially the prod at the end that really annoyed the angry man.
What’s the other guy going to do in a fight, punch him in the helmet?!
3:08 Cool story. In the following clip you WERE traveling too close. Especially riding into the sun behind and aggravated driver. Ride to survive. Don’t ride to be ‘in the right’.
Did you notice the bit where the driver of the car got out and committed several section 5 public order offences, including the threat of physical violence? 2 wrongs don't make a right.
Barely a 1 second gap.
And why stop. Best ride past, wide berth and forget it.
Exactly. Pretty sure any driver would feel intimidated by the actions of this lunatic biker.
Most dashcam drivers say the camera makes things look further away. Plus if he wasn't following him why did he immediately turn around and go in the opposite direction.
@@JB_inks So what? De-escalate. Ride to survive. Riders bodies don’t do well when colliding with 2 ton vehicles.
#12 sadly, most people in the UK don't know how to merge, but then insisting right of way and causing problems makes you just as bad. I remember seeing 3 vehicles in Germany merge perfectly and instantly knew I would never see something like that in the UK... seriously contemplating emmigrating.
#12. How many drivers don’t understand what merge in turn is and how it works. If I come across someone like the Karen in the Mini, I just let them go, because they are not bothered if their car gets damaged and believe they are in the right.
Well said. Although, in fairness, the guy in the camera car was at least as much of a “Karen” as the woman in the Mini.
Once you let the ignorant and the criminal win, your country will be run by the ignorant and the criminal....oh yeah that is right. This is Britain, that makes sense now why you say that. Good luck at the next election.
To be fair, if you're lane is coming to an end it's up to you to merge in a safe manner rather than forcing your way in if someone doesn't want to let you in. Yes, the Mini driver should've let the cammer in but, the cammer could've just slowed down and got in behind the Mini rather than making a mountain out of a mole hill.
@@waltersobchak1719thank you and other 12 people for letting us know you do not understand what merge in turns mean.
@@TOKOLOSE Ooooohhhh…..you can count! Well done you👍
No 5 - well done sir !
3:30 why stop and speak with this guy. Bikers always looking for trouble in my experience....as bad as each other.
4:44 “Trying to act all big and hard” before turning round and riding off in the opposite direction!! Wasn’t following him, but turned round after he’d had his little hissy fit.
Was also following far too close. Less than a second behind him. Got called out and couldn't take it. Amazing people send this rubbish in and think it makes them look good.
#8. Yes you were too close. I'd have been double that distance.
Wow, finally! Someone who used the horn CORRECTLY in the last clip!
I think I need a lie down.
Do you not have to yield to pedestrians in the UK? The pedestrian didn't have a stop sign and you were crossing his lane. You'd have to yield to him in Canada. For his own safety he shouldn't be on his phone crossing the road, though.
@@FlashGeiger yes you do. You can't just run them over
@@FlashGeiger It was a controlled crossing and if the truck had a green light then the pedestrian would have had a red man indicating that pedestrians should wait until given a green man. If it wasn't a controlled crossing then a driver entering or exiting the junction should allow those waiting to cross to cross.
5:57 the fact he’s on/off the throttle tells you he’s following too close 😂
And then when states “I’m not following” he turns round and goes the other way. Class A muppet.
Probably more to the story and something happened earlier between them.
Think he goes the other way due to concerns of the car ramming him off the road if the car follows him
it is possible that the motorcycle driver had something fishy about him, but it is also possible that he was completely innocent and would you like to have a car behind you where the driver is behaving rather oddly
#12 i would not try and fight for it i would just let the Mini go and not risk damage to my car for the sake of been in the right.
I wish they would release an advert with all video evidence of people wandering into the street looking at their mobile phones. These people need to be taught a lesson rather than compel drivers to 20mph.
#8 Never argue with an idiot, they'll just bring you down to their level and win
Exactly. The car driver should have just driven into the idiot instead.
the biker is a idiot saying he was not following the car and then turns around at the end of the clip.

More like...its takes two to tango...in this case.
He was tailgating - simple and plain. I would have pulled over, too.
#8 Model father there, shouting and swearing at the biker with an upset kid in his car.
Yeah not a nice person. Even though the biker said he wasn't too close, I would have been a bit further back. Looks like the driver thought the same.
Just scanned back through the clip, looked like a 1 sec following distance which is far too close given the low sun and potentially unpredictable nature of the driver.
There are too many "Road Bullies" like that guy in the Car on our Roads.
He would have lost his wing mirror if I was riding that bike
@@darksta01 Don't do this ,as much as they deserve it and as tempting as it is. You can get in trouble for hit & run but also these maniacs already have a bad attitude to bikers. If you damage their car then chances are they're gonna be even worse in their next interaction with a biker because of it. Just riding off and being the bigger person is the safest for everyone, and if you have a camera you still get the satisfaction of reporting them.
@darksta01 i think you need to remove that comment. Are you really that stupid that you think damaging property is acceptable?
0:13 - I remember something like this happening during one of my driving lessons many years ago, guy flew past us nearly missing the front of his car, my instructor looked at me and said "Did you see him coming?" I answered, honestly, "no", guy just appeared out of nowhere going 50-60 in a 30MPH across a cross section like in the video. I was shitting myself, I nearly died and now I'm about to get scolded by my instructor. Thankfully he said "Fucking good because neither did I, mad cunt" 😂
Edit: Oh and he was coming from a minor across a major road so the right of way was mine to clarify and he had a red light.
🤣🤣🤣
#12 - let her first, you still have the moral high ground and are only 1 second later on your destination. And then still upload if for us of course.
Its actually the cammers responsibility to merge safely in that situation. There is only a merge arrow on their side so the other lane has priority. Still maintains traffic flow better using it as merge in turn like the cammer was trying though.
Agree. i would rather have an incompetent driver in front of me than behind.
@@Alan_Clark Amen to that. Much easier to keep your distance from them, or turn off and go a different route if they are in front of you. Not worth fighting over one car length🤷♂️
What if the next car and the next car won't let you merge either?
@@davex2614 unfortunately by the letter of the rule you have to wait until either a gap or someone let's to into the flow. In practice that's just mental and it should go one by one.

No 6 . Few people realise that , apart from the much greater weights and stresses involved , due to the greater costs , many trucks run on retreaded tyres , or tyres with tread patterns re-cut further into the rubber ; hence it is quite commonplace to see treads which have been shed from the carcasses of truck tyres littering the roadside .
Also , on trucks , tyres can be secured by metal bands , which can sometimes come loose , causing sudden deflation .
Blow outs can , therefore , for numerous reasons , be an issue with larger vehicles , where the three loading is so much greater than on a private car .
My father was a haulage contractor , so I am well aware of these things .
7:30 - female driver in a mini MGIF {Must Get in Front}. Remember, mini's are BMW's so there you have it.
No10 should send video to DOT. Something tells me there would be a response then.

Chunky chap is a bit harsh
I've been a close victim in that first clip before after my shift a few years back where if i had been a few seconds faster i wouldn't have avoided a clown doing that exact same thing.
#12 As much as I'd like to make my point, my car's too nice and expensive to risk. I just let the people who can't merge in turn in anyway because clearly their parents didn't love them.
Get an old ex-army landrover. Nothing says "I don't care about my paintwork, and anyway I've got a brush and a tin of 'flat olive drab' in the garage at home" than an old ex-army landie.
#4 never saw that car pulling out. Took me by complete surprise toom
Was that ronnie pickering son him with the big hair hahahha 😂
Good response from the Beetle driver at 6:51 although using the opposite carriageway wasn't great and could have caused a head-on that they'd be liable for.
I would have used the road the other car was turning into or used the side road that they chose to drive past.
I had somewhat similar incident, but it was approaching a T-junction. I could have used the left lane but I couldn't be sure I wouldn't hit someone using and I didn't have time to properly check. Plus I would have to navigate a sharp bend where I risk understeering into the island and there was no way I was doing anything where I'd be left liable while the other driver drove off so I used the opposite lane because any traffic that might use it is waiting at traffic lights and it would give me the width of 5-6 lanes to slow down. Thankfully I'd scrubbed off enough speed in a failed attempt to use the oncoming lane (I locked my wheels and had to come off the brakes and straighten up).
You never know with insurance companies, but they shouldn't be held liable in case of a head-on. The bar for negligence is very low when someone else's bad driving puts you in a situation where you have to make a split-second decision like this. It should all be on the driver that caused the whole situation.
0:35 I live about 10 mins away from there lol
#8 the biker wasn't following the car he says multiple times but then turns round and goes the other direction 🤔

#13 get this all the time in London & people constantly with music in their ears , & especially when I’m reversing into a yard
7:30. Which part of the Highway Code should I be reading? I can’t find any mention of a solid rule stating that merge-in-turn is a legal requirement or that any priority is given to those merging into another lane. As far as I’m concerned, those merging should give way to those in the uninterrupted lane. I can only find one mention of merging in turn in the Highway Code, rule 134 and that’s a recommendation.
3:33 Son of Ronnie Pickering.
#13 07:48 Of course pedestrian is beyond stupid, but Rules H2 & 170 of HC do give priority to pedestrians crossing a road into which a vehicle wants to turn.
Rule 21 applies prior to these. But yeah, much simpler in the long run to not hit anyone or anything.
no 3 Actually , that is the folly of using disc brakes for a parking brake .
As metal heats up , it expands , and conversely when it cools down it contracts again . In use , brake discs which are also used as the service brake on a vehicle get hot , often VERY hot , and they can expand significantly . If a mechanical parking brake mechanism clamps the brake pads onto a disc brake , as is often the case in inferior cars , then as the disc cools down over time , it shrinks and the grip of the pads is reduced , leading to exactly this kind of incident .
This is why better designed cars , such as Mercedes-Benz , Volvo or BMW , use discs for the service brake and separate drums for the parking brake ; because in drum brakes the shoes are inside the drum , then as they cool down the grip actually tightens .
If is not at all unusual for disc based parking brakes to let go in this manner , and this is why , if parking on any kind of gradient , as in this instance , one should always , as well as relying on the parking brake , one should also engage a parking gear , namely whichever low gear would cause the vehicle to move uphill , since due to compression an engine will not normally run backwards . All if parking at the kerbside , it is prudent to turn the front wheels in whichever direction would cause them to chock against the kerb . If the vehicle is automatic , this is achieved by placing the transmission in park , which causes a pawl to be engaged in a toothed gear , thus locking the transmission and preventing roll away . Also if one is fortunate enough to own a SAAB , the vehicle must be placed in reverse before the ignition key can be removed .
In this instance , the driver was foolhardy enough to rely only on a parking brake which acted on disc brakes , also knowing that many Volkswagens have a tendency for rear callipers to seize up over time and become ineffective , thus being a common MOT failure point , and even worse when the parking brake is electrically actuated , thus the driver has no physical feedback as to how securely the brake has been applied ( no 'feel' of tension in a cable either through a handle or foot pedal ) ; then incidents such as this are all too common . This is in part due to a failure on the part of driving instructors to teach students about use of a parking gear as well as the parking brake or turning wheels to engage with a kerb .
In some instances , particularly extreme low temperatures , it can actually be advised not to use a parking brake since brakes can freeze on , and rely instead on placing the car in gear and chocking the wheels against a kerb .
So glad that Golf didn’t knock that lovely Saab Viggen convertible
Clip 13. That’s hilarious.
#13 Rule H2 applies to drivers, motorcyclists horse-drawn vehicles, horse riders and cyclists. It reads:
“At a junction you should give way to pedestrians crossing or waiting to cross a road into which or from which you are turning.”
"should" not "MUST". In this case it's less dangerous for an LGV that requires two lanes to take that tight left to continue on, and inconvenience one oblivious pedestrian rather than inconvenience every driver who is trying to negotiate the junction. All it would take for disaster to happen is for one car to see the LGV stopped in the junction and try to nip up their left side - resulting in either crushed car, or crushed pedestrian as they appeared from behind the LGV.
You try following that rule while on a motorcycle, knowing there's a good chance the person behind you isn't paying attention. Let's see how many times you stop.
The crossing is a lights controlled crossing - so rule 21 applies to the pedestrians. This was clearly not being followed in this case.
3:20 Why were you following (oh yes you were....) that Audi? I think you were trying to get a "buzz".....
No 2 - while it does say that , it also says that drivers being overtaken MUST allow overtaking traffic to return safely to the nearside and that you must slow down or , if necessary , stop to allow this . In other words , overtaking traffic has priority , and blocking an overtaking vehicle can be interpreted as dangerous driving .
6:28 - normal driving from a BMW tosspot. They have to pay a subscription now to enable their heated seats and indicators. Which one do you think they are stupid to pay for??

4:37 is that Ronnie Pickerings son 😂
#8 - the distance was less than 1 second, the bike was way too close to the car. Especially when you can hear the cries of a child in the back - I would have too had a word, not just for my child in the rears safety, but also for the biker - only a matter of time when an emergency stop is needed, and they find themselves in the car in front.
Not to mention the glare from the sun visible on camera. Completely reckless riding, and amazingly the rider doesn't think they're close.
3:33 seems a lot of these Audi drivers have a lot to prove. Massive inferiority complex right there.
4:30 🫠
#2 60mph road, lights are green and you are very obviously dawdling along like it's a nice rosy day for a crawl.
You should have been aware of the Lorries presence in your mirrors, and used that to your advantage to how you were going to manage these merging point.
Both lanes go straight ahead, he wasn't overtaking you in the traditional sense, he was using the second lane until it ended and at the merging point, you were way off, at the start of 00:38 you are behind the driver.
Also, how did you hit the kerb? He's at least 2-3 meters in front of you when you finally dramatically hit the kerb, seems a bit over exaggerated and you're just angry you're that slow a Lorry went past you.
3:26 'bare in mind'? Both of you are.
7:21 #12 "read the Highway Code it will tell you how to merge". With everyone now having reached the main road it becomes a merge in turn situation. Sadly, the Highway Code tells you nothing.
A 20 second Google search will tell you everything.
@@loftyintentions1985 - advice covers when to merge, not how. It is a procedure that other codes in use throughout the world consider worth delving into in great detail.
@@nocturn791 the "in turn" part of merge in turn is a bit of a giveaway.
Number 12 both at fault
Why are people so desperate to get one car ahead in a long queue of traffic?
12 - camera car was definitely in the right technically, but I agree with others. - if the other driver is that petty, let them get on with it.
Guy in Audi coked of his head
