I would highly recommend using a different firm. They didn't get me any reduction and I could never get an explanation from anyone as to what went wrong. I have always had success with other companies, and for the first time am realizing they aren't all the same.

*They* don’t care.
All they go by is local recent sales as comparables.....Especially if you recently bought in this crazy market they’re not gonna back off because they’re only got a 10% cap on your neighbor is here so they’re gonna gig you for as much as they can get away with without any wiggle room on the matter morally ethically or legally available to you as a mitigating “out”.
Taxes is fking total waste of money 💰. It’s a total scam in my opinion!
