So the property tax code incentives disinvestment and blight while disincentives improvement.

Since the United States declared independence and sovereignty in 1776, they had to go to war and when won, claimed all ownership of land in the states.
But if we do it, were singled out and targeted. The only way to stop this os by protesting and worse case scenario, organzie a civil war.
Unfortunately, once we are born, we are assigned a ss# as proof of entering and belonging to the government system, set forth by the forfathers. We never own land, we just own the right to the land and must pay rent to the government for using the land we purchased the rights to.
Taxation should have an open ledger available to the public that is immutable. Showing where each of our rent (property taxes) is being spent on. Until then, it is THEFT and transactions exchange hands and pockets behind the political curtain.

This is why Constitutions must recognize that land is a fundamental & inalienable right & naturally entitled to people.... People should not have to buy.... Generations after generations will then be trained on how to plant... Harvest.... Process trees, bamboo.... into roofs, walls, floors, tables, chairs, beds, etc. passing on the knowledge to the next.
