Nice clear video. I thought this might work at hotel pools that sell noodles in their gift shop. I could make this, while there since I certainly wouldn't pack a pool float in my luggage.

I would think wedging small rubber balls in each end of the "arc" noodle would keep the ends from pulling free of the base...🤔
How well does it work when sitting in it like a chair??
Good. We usually lounge in them tho.

CAN THIS METHOD WORK WITH JUMBO NOODLES?
Did not work for me to sit on as it pulled apart, it did work when I held onto the folded side.
Just don't get it stuck around your waist and end up head down in the pool
