As much as possible whenever I feel unproductive, I take a nap until it turns into sleep. And honestly *not forcing yourself to do anything (specifically productive things) is definitely OKAY.* Give time to yourself, take a rest, take care of yourself. And get back once you're prepared and had regain your energy and strength again. Remember being productive is just a matter of choice, not an obligation. ❤

Here's things that help me do work
1. put on some classical music (unless it's strauß/anything too intense.) i'm a classical violinist/pianist and music makes me feel more entertained
2. study alone. I get uncomfortable studying infront of my family
3. use an organization app so you can keep track of things you have to do. for example, notion, minimaList, etc.
I think organizing my files is therapeutic. I just to see how much I've deleted and how well organised everything is. Some people just stack all of their files in their desktop and it always ticks me off lol
